They are scamming people and they are just fake i wont suggest u guys to buy anything from this app. They take delivery charges and dont deliver the order in time.

Absolutely terrible service. Order placed is still not delivered. Was supposed to be delivered couple of days back and the customer service is terrible they deny to give any proper update or refund. Never opt for this website absolute scam

Ordered flowers and fruits hamper to be sent to ailing wife. They said they will deliver today before 2000 hrs. It's past 2100 hours now and when I asked where is the update, they replied with check tomorrow. I paid Rs 399 for delivery. They couldn't be bothered to reply to me using 39 alphabets. Why charge customers prohibitively when you can't deliver?

I ordered sweets and teddy bear for my niece in Kerala. However, the teddy bear that was delivered was not the one I saw on the website and it was of cheap quality and a terrible one. The sweets delivered were in a pathetic situation too. And they do no refund too. Such a huge mistake for choosing their services.

SendBestGift.com team, You guys charge extremely high prices for your services and goods so atleast try to spend some money in packaging them in a decent condition and also giving some info on the website about the products(in my case, as you said trying to match a teddy thats almost similar but not the exact one)

Worst experience ever. They deliver a surprise gift for a special occasion the day before and spoil the plan. They never let me know they are changing the date of delivery. And the customer service team doubles down.

One of the most reliable online gift store. Ordered a cake and gift to delivered in Gurgaon and received the delivery within less than 2 hours. Flowers were fresh, cake was delicious and printed mug and plants the quality was awesome.

-Lack of proactive communication to the customer regarding delay(s)
- Setting incorrect timeframe expectations (Support team provided incorrect delivery timeframes)
- Missing order notes (the gift note was not delivered with the order)
- Inefficient Resolution (I was promised a complimentary gift for the delay but has not been delivered)

I understand delivery delays are sometimes unavoidable but what makes the experience sour is the massive lapse in pro active communication regarding the delay to your customer. As a customer, I expect a hassle free experience with my purchase and to be notified of any delays in a timely manner with a suitable resolution. I had to constantly message the support team for an update on my order and every single timeframe provided by the support team has been wrong. The Support team promised a complimentary gift which has also not been delivered.

Overall, it has been an awful experience as a customer and I believe you have lost multiple customers not because of delivery delays but due to failing to communicate effectively amongst your vendors/customer and setting the right expectations.

Poor quality. I had a terrible experience sending a basket of fruits to my relative in Panjim who was recovering from illness. The fruits were all mouldy and covered with a blue powder (mould) and had to be thrown away - all 5 kgs I sent! Sendbestgift has not bothered to respond to my complaint. Pls do not order from them

The best gift shop to order cake and flowers for Birthday. I order a combo of cake and flowers for my Mother and it was delivered well on time and quality was super. I really appreciate the efforts and recommend it to others as well.

Recently ordered raakhis to India via this guys and got ripped off.
They showed very nice raakhi on website so I ordered and they delivered the cheapest raakhi from market. AUD 68.00 for raakhi which would cost less than INR 300.00.

It's not money it's shame you feel when your relatives in India see that they got very cheap items.
Stay away from this site.
