Placed an order recently which was shown as will be delivered on same day.. received a confirmation message and mail.. but after some time when i contacted the customer service they replied these items are not available and cant be delivered

Claims to deliver on the same day but cancels last minute

I was looking for a last minute birthday delivery and they had a special set of orders under 'Same day delivery'. Upon giving my preferred time slot and address, they guaranteed a same day delivery. I paid and my order was confirmed. I was given a Whatsapp number with to contact as well. Even after 45 minutes outside the promised delivery slot there was no response. I tried calling and writing them but in vain. Finally they said they couldn't deliver it on the same day and would do it Tomorrow. I was frustrated with this - had they said this earlier I would have made other arrangements but they cancelled on me after 4 hours. Even after I claimed a refund they tried to persuade me for tomorrow's delivery which infuriated me further.

fraud scam

scam company. on 14th feb i ordered chocolate,flower and teddy . for that, i paid around 2000 and they gave me chocolate and a cake,not worth more than `1000. fraud company

They made a fool of me

They made a fool of me. The order was made to deliver flowers and gift, and woof...they are out of contact now. No response to calls or emails. It's hard to believe that such fraud companies still exists.
