Failed to deliver on date.

Despite calling them a million times.

They lied the first day with an excuse.

Did not pick up calls on the second day

Third day when I called they said the order has been cancelled. Right then I get an email. The guy cancelled it right to my face.

It was my wife’s first birthday. Ruined.

Terrible company, at the end minute late in the evening these guys are saying that they can't deliver and will do next day, as a customer we can't even do anything at the last minute....first they ruined someone's day and then as compensation they can't even commit a requested delivery time for next day after ruining a previous day. Worst experience ever, never use these people

What an unprofessional and unorganised company! Please don't use it to send any gifts. They don't deliver anything and when you ask customer support, they will cancel the order saying they can't fulfil it. No apologies, no alternatives. Pure unprofessionalism. They don't care about you. I haven't even gotten my refund.

Very Very Bad experience.
Ordered birthday cake on my daughter brithday.. Then, I followed up by telephone and message. Promised will deliver evening. Then, saying will deliver next day.
Really it was terrible experience for me.

They promised to deliver flowers and nuts for my sister's birthday. they took all day and delivered around 8pm on that day just the nuts and no flowers were delivered. On top of that the nuts were from the local store and they charged me Rs500 and took all day to deliver just that nuts. I do not recommend this site to any one. They are very unethical

I have had 3 times bad experience. I have ordered a flower and I was expecting that it reached the receiver and asked the receiver about it. They said it didn’t arrived yet. Contacted customer service and then only they are informing me that they won’t able to deliver it on the day. I mean ??? What is this? Don’t have a respect for people putting orders? Really disappointing.
Never going to order through them. Very very bad service. When I asked about it they asked me to send email. Very irresponsible team members.

Terrible experience. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order for a cake and bouquet, but what I received was completely different from what was shown on their website. The cake and flowers were nothing like what I expected, very cheap quality cake and flowers were sent—honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. I paid good money and feel so disappointed that they didn’t even deliver what was promised.

If I had option to give no star I could have opted it.one of the worst site I have ever seen. What is the use if you send the flowers after the celebration.Its not about money how you even sleep by eating on this earning and playing with emotions. Karma hits you back very strongly enjoy it.

Placed an order for flower delivery with this website for my wife’s birthday. They did not deliver and responded late on the day saying good flowers are no available. This is a scam business. Do not, and I hope enough people see this, do not place your orders with this website. This is just a website that has pictures but they will not deliver. I hope you don’t lose your hard earned money.

I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. I paid 5,049 rupees for a cake worth 300 rupees, expecting it to be delivered on time for a special occasion on August 4, 2024. They kept chatting with me until 8:30 PM, which prevented me from making other arrangements. Had they informed me during our first communication at 11 AM that they couldn't deliver on time, I could have found another solution.

No refund was provided, and I am convinced this is a scam. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their special day to ensure it is both colorful and peaceful.

It's big scam sendbestgift is cheating the Customer I place my order on 24th April to deliver on 25th they failed and came back to me after hundreds of call with this excuse "We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you

Due to some unforeseen reason with the delivery person we failed to arrange the delivery today as he met with a small accident and the complete gift was spoiled

We are so sorry as we will arrange the delivery tomorrow asap"

They promised me it would be delivered on 26th April but they haven't. I am going to register a. Complaint with NCRB and request others not to waste money by sending gifts with sendbestgift.com.

They will accept any order, will promise you the moon and then fail fantastically. Never, ever , ever using them again. They charge you a delivery fee and then tell you later - Oops, we can't deliver on the said date. Hidden in their T&C is - they will try to deliver but won't guarantee time or date of delivery.
