When I started with Restart I was struggling with everything. I had just lost my Mum, and was being forced to move out of my house. Carlton from the health and wellbeing team helped and supported me during this dark time, helping me focus on the positive parts of my life. I have now moved and with the help of Carlton and the health and wellbeing team I am on the right track and have turned my life around. I feel positive about the future. Thanks very much.

It is with great thanks to Carlton Douglas and the health and wellbeing team, that I feel a completely changed person. With there combined help and support over the last few weeks, I feel mentally equipped to deal with all the things I once felt so difficult to deal with. They have instilled in me a self belief and self confidence to achieve my goals. In doing so, have bought to the fore, skills and attributes I never thought existed within me.

My journey started off down in the dark and since being with my health and well being team and it’s been a pleasure to work with Carlton. We sometimes have one to one session and phone calls he makes my day seem brighter and he has so much faith in a lot of people. He helped me come out of my tough shell and showed me how to be the most confident person who can smash anything in her way. He has such a great sense of humour which makes everyone giggle. He definitely missed the memo with no chocolate biscuits in his meetings though LOL.

I had a great experience working with the Health and Wellbeing team, specially Carlton who phoned me on many occasion to help and support me in my journey with seetec. He answered emails quickly and thoroughly and I really felt I was being listened to during our telephone, email, and face to face chats. To help bolster me and encourage me, he allowed me to run a little "art therapy" meeting with other members on the Health and Wellbeing course that really helped me open up to being able to talk and work with complete strangers.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the team and really promote the good work they have done for me.

I met Sandra Wright from Seetec and I absolutely loved her from the beginning. She goes all the way back and forth to help you get a job and she makes sure you are ready to return to work. I was very down when I met Sandra and after 5 minutes I knew my life will change into something much better. I can’t recommend Seetec and Sandra Wright enough. She is funny, she pushes you through to be the best version of you. I was so down and I couldn’t believe there’s a way out until I met Sandra. She always believed in me and she told me that I can do it no matter how hard I find things. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for everything she’s done for me ! She will always be a part of my story. I will always remember her when I’m down that I can do anything I want to and achieve anything I want. Sandra is not just a professional l, she is a funny person ( funnier than I expected ) she is strong and she is a true team leader. Because me and Sandra are a team and she was my leader. She won’t talk with you just about work, she will ask how you are and actually care how you’re doing and that’s why everyone who’ll meet her they’ll be guided into a small friendship combined with care and professionalism. I received great health and wellbeing support from Erika. It really helped clear my head and I felt comfortable opening up to her

I was working with Erika from the health and wellbeing support team and she’s been a tremendous help, the service overall has been fantastic.

What a shambles! 2/10 service staff supposed to help you, but they tear you down so much you no longer want to engage. I got shouted at during my appointment with my child present, which left me in tears. Just because we have a disagreement.

Hello, Seetec. Tailored support? Are you sure Seetec????? I was given the impression of 365 days of tailored support to get me back into work: the scheme started off very well the first month; the advisor was very kind. Somehow she was struggling with key performance targets and started becoming nasty, abusive, and aggressive.

She wanted me to work with no public transport, like, at 4 in the morning, and started giving me an utterly degrading lecture, saying, The only employment you will obtain in your life – what the actual hell? So unprofessional with a angry tone language like that shouldn't be dealing with anyone that is currently vulnerable I suffer from anxiety and mental health problems.
I also wasn't allowed to have my opinion with this advisor she talked all over me during my face to face appointments and telephone calls.

What happened to supporting your claimants, asking them questions about what job they want, e.g., can they travel to the job, can they do the job, are there any barriers to getting to the job, any mental health issues, and building a positive rapport report, including a positive relationship between both parties?

I literally sent an email after that incident telling them. I don't want to go back in because you are literally bullying me at this point the advisor response was I will have you sanctioned if you dare.
Have you ever looked into your advisor's qualifications and skills and perhaps train them to a correct standard level of customer service.

Because this seetec advisor is literally a bully no heart, empathy or emotion, she should be removed from her position immediately.
I don't want this advisor deal with anyone that is vulnerable.

I've been at seetec over the last year where they helped and supported me with training, which will help me hopefully find a job. The staff here are extremely polite and helpful throughout

Great organisation to work for, 100% committed to supporting disabled people into work.

i have been with ceetec for the past year all staff are very friendly and most importantly helpful as they offer qualifications with digital plus i also did a first aid course through ceetec with cornwall training they also help by giving information on jobs what’s available and they tailor that to each individual client they also help with costs. they offer internal clubs and wellbeing sessions. they offer a large amount in a way that helps to gain not only a job but the training in the job. i have been very happy with the service i have received i am actually sad to be leaving.

I was ready to start a forklift course but nearing my time with seetec I was told by my advisor Bournemouth office to send him an email a week before the course starts so he would help with travel costs I sent two emails on different days for him to ignore my emails then lied to me saying that they had technical issues so now I can't attend my forklift course lies lies and more lies seetec are not worth it they also lie about the figures for people they say are back in work thanks to them which doesn't happen so they get paid they should be closed down , my name is Dave Brennan

My online learning experience with Seetec throughout my qualification has been very positive!

My tutor, Junior Masandi, presented all the content in an informative and engaging way, which helped greatly with my on-the-job responsibilities as well as my final assessments. His guidance during the end-point assessment period was very valuable, and enabled me to earn a result I am proud of.

This team are dedicated, polite and so informative.
I was referred to Seetec last February, after 17 years of not working and caring for my disabled child. I had just lost a close friend who I also cared for. I wasn't in the best place mental health wise and my confidence was on the floor. Laura organised for me to begin well-being appointments with the lovely Kirby.

I knew the job role I hoped to gain, but had no clue of the steps I needed to take to get there. Laura is just fantastic and found the ideal course for me to take those first steps into my chosen career. I surprised myself and excelled and passed easily , acquiring myself an interview at the end. I now work for the NHS and honestly don't think I'd be where I am today without the support of Laura and the team behind me.

Don't be worried if the jobcentre refer you to Seetec, seize the opportunity and change your life for the better, you'll be much happier. I can't believe how much my life has changed in a year.

The ONLY downside is I wish I could have kept Seetec for longer (I am no longer with them due to being employed!)
