I’ve had nothing but frustration with Securitas Technology. I’m currently stuck in a 5-year contract, paying $75 a month for a service that barely functions. The cameras break down constantly, and every time they do, I have to pay $170 out of pocket just to get them looked at. Even though I’ve done nothing wrong and the issues are with their cameras, I’m still on the hook for the repair fees. It’s infuriating!

The problems don’t end there. By the 3rd or 4th of each month, the camera memory is already full, leaving me with no storage for the rest of the month. On top of that, the cameras send constant alerts even when there’s no movement—making them completely unreliable.

I feel like I’m throwing money away on a service that doesn’t work. If you’re considering Securitas, take my advice and stay as far away as possible! Don’t get locked into a contract with a fraudulent company with zero support and endless made up fees unless you want to pay for nothing!

Raccordé en télésurveillance chez Securitas depuis 6 mois, tout se passe bien, les opérateurs sont réactifs.

L'installation a été faite par un installateur indépendant qui m'a tout bien expliqué.

Je recommande vivement.

Außerden bessere Entwicklungsmoglichkeiten für Mitarbeiter gibt.

Très mauvaise compagnie depuis juin que j'ai déménagé pas capable d'activer mon système d'alarme aucun support pour m'envoyer un technicien laisse un message parler a un responsable aucun retour d'appel j'ai deux système d'alarme a deux adresse différence j'ai arrêter mes paiement ca change rien on mais collection personne m'appelle trouver une autre compagnie si vous avez le choix sont rendu trop gros pas campagne de donner du service

Leur matériel est d’ ancienne génération, que vous decouvrez lors de son installation, qui ne surveille rien : mauvaise qualité, detections trop abondantes, pour un
prix exorbitant. Attention, le contrat est irrévocable, et les conditions de vente demandent à l'utilisateur de renoncer à tous ses droits de consommateur. Rétractation impossible une fois le matériel installé. Même en cas de vente de votre habitation, vous devez payer. Le materiel appartient à DST, mais en cas de panne c'est le consommateur qui paie. Et ces gens, remplis d'honnêteté, s'octroient une indemnité de 10% en cas de rupture de contrat avant la fin.
Il y a plus de juristes que de techniciens dans cette société... A FUIR !!!

no quieren dar de baja el servicio dicen que debe hacerlo la persona , es decir mi madre que esta ya en la residencia impedida. les envio la autorizacion firmada, los papeles de la residencia y tienen EL MORRO de decir que necesitan poder notarial NO odemos ir ni vamos a ir al notario! NO LO RCOMIENDO ademas hay ofertas por la mitad de precio en otros sitios.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
After my 5 year contract was complete I'm being sent a cancellation charge. After I paid for 6 months during Covid for no service after we moved and they couldn’t send anyone out to install the equipment. After sending bank statements in and Talked to at least 5 customer service reps after being on hold for hours ,who stated it’s taken care of, I’m still trying to get it done. I was on hold this morning for 15 minutes and hung up on.
This company has 0 customer service once payment is received.

Impossible to get a response. Extremely disappointing. Robust sales and installation - then they forget about you.

Attention, nous les avons quittés pour méthodes commerciales inadmissibles. Notamment reconduction du contrat de mes parents âgés pour une durée de 4 ans (et pour un coût tres élevé) sans qu'il aient compris la durée d'un tel engagement. Ou encore le defaut de retrait du materiel, au terme des 4 ans, malgré 5 relances vaines. Le retrait a dû etre fait par un autre interenant à nos frais.
Absolument inadmissible, il y a beaucoup mieux pour beaucoup moins cher

I’ve waited 3+ months for a tech to connect my doorbell camera to my new router
He came today and spent a lengthy time on hold back to the tech dept of his company.
My camera only works when the doorbell is pushed. There are no live recordings.
I’ve been on hold then transferred and calls dropped for 1.5 hours. I’m fed up.
Today, I talked directly to the tech and I honestly think he will try to resolve my issues. (24 hours after my tech visited)
I am pleased to inform the readers that the techs today were helpful and caring.

Mistet hybelnøkkel og skulle få noen sendt hit for å slippe meg inn. Som om ikke det er nok at jeg må betale 500kr bare for å bli sluppet inn i min egen hybel så må jeg stå ventende utenfor i over to timer?! Dette er det sykeste jeg har vært med på, og jeg skjønner oppriktig ikke hva som kan være god nok grunn til dette

The worst company out there. It took me 3 months just to cancel my services as it is near impossible to get a hold of anyone and apparently you have to speak to their “loyalty” department to be able to cancel. Long holds then phone disconnects, no response to emails or calls, they say your request has been opened and someone will reach out to you and no one does and just terrible terrible customer service. I wouldn’t trust them to protect anything. Absolutely useless.

Det här var första gången jag reste från Bromma till Gotland den 14 augusti kl 7.30 på morgonen men det blir också sista gången tyvärr. Hon som stod vid incheckningen hade ett otrevligt bemötande vilket tog min ansiktskräm som fanns i min kabinbag och slängde den utan att förklara för oss att vi kunde checka in väskan om vi ville behålla tuben.
Hon var väldigt dryg och inkompitent vad är det för personal securitas anställer?
Tyvärr kommer ni inte ha många passagerare kvar om ni bemöter folk på det viset!

service client déplorable ! ne rappelle jamais

Fått böter fast jag betalat 900kr i parkering på böda och omöjligt att makuleras böterna. Gjorde exakt enligt anvisningar man fick från receptionen

Fick offert på en uppgradering som jag inte fick tacka nej till. Fick sen faktura på en större summa. Efter att läst recensionerna nedan verkar det vara standard så undvik så långt det går!

Last year we moved and tried to get things switched to new home. It took 2 weeks to speak to a live person! Now I want to cancel services since contract is up. I've been waiting 6+ weeks for a phone call. Email was sent, and several phone calls. I got someone on the line, only they didn't know it. Her name was Jessica. She was speaking to someone named Jeff. Go figure. This company doesn't deserve to be in business!
