This app is great. Customer service is amazing. Very transparent and helpful. Yes your winnings arrive into your account when you withdraw. They had 5 tickets for $10. I won cash prize and it was deposited into my account within 24 hrs.Don't forget to slide on the 2chance button to get a ticket if your first ticket was not a winner. I hope they come up w $5 tickets soon. PLAY RESPONSIBLE.

Honest and Transparent!
I have never seen virtual scratch-offs done better!
I also value the transparency and trust that the site has built into the games. The odds are clearly displayed, and they even explain how odds are determined.
I will update my review once I can provide feedback on the withdrawal process -- still waiting on my winning ticket!

We firmly believe that players deserve to know exactly how the games work, which is why we make sure those odds are front and center. It’s awesome to see that being appreciated! We hope you hit that big win soon.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, Megan. To clarify, our platform’s redemption options are based on your total balance:
Balances under 100: Only gift card redemptions are available.
Balances of 100 or more: This unlocks alternative payout methods.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the accessibility of these rewards for players in rural areas and will share this with our team.

BE CAREFUL!!
BE CAREFUL!!! They will pay you out, AT 1ST!! But itz only a strategy to cheat you out of more. I promise you that you will regret dealing with this site. You may even get a couple decent wins but its all fake. After 1 or 2 wins they eliminate your chances. When asked to produce proof of a random number generator they blocked my email and account! The customer service is horrendous and disrespectful as can be.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and concerns. Scratchee games use certified random outcomes, meaning every play is independent and the results cannot be influenced or adjusted after wins or losses. Many players experience both winning and losing streaks, just like with traditional scratch cards, but outcomes are never manipulated. We take customer support seriously and do not block accounts or emails without a valid reason in accordance with our terms and policies. If you experienced difficulty contacting support or have outstanding questions, we would be happy to review this for you. Please contact us again through our official support channel hello@scratchee.com, so we can investigate your concerns and assist further. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns!

Don’t waste your time of money on this “Scratchee.com” site
I’m posting this for my boyfriend because for the last two weeks he spent about $20-30a day on scratchy.com and he literally has won a whopping total of $60
It’s sad
I played myself I won $2500 on a scratch ticket for real and I really got the money pretty quick but then for whatever reason they canceled my account with them so basically what I’m saying don’t waste your time playing on the site because it’s a waste of money and time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Laura. Regarding your boyfriend’s experience, it’s important to remember that scratch games are based entirely on chance, and outcomes will always vary. We truly value fair play, which is why we must occasionally close accounts if our Terms of Service or security protocols are flagged. This is never done without reason, as we aim to maintain a secure environment for all players.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
We understand how the value can feel disappointing if the prize doesn’t match what you were hoping for. On Scratchee.com, scratchees offer a mix of prize types, including discounts and promotional offers from partner brands like Domino's. The experience is designed to be fun and promotional in nature, rather than a guaranteed savings program. We always encourage players to review the prize details before purchasing so they know the type of rewards available. That said, we genuinely value your perspective and will share your feedback with our team as we continue improving our offers and prize structure. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we hope to provide a better experience in the future!
I was lied to.
I wish I could add the screen shots. I think it’s important to see them for confirmation. On Feb 11, 2026 I had purchased another ticket and lost again. I had only ever one $10 out of 7 games but some included second chance. I received a text from Scratchee, noting I was down on my luck and offered me not only a free card with second chance. It then told me I f I lose on either of those, Scratchee would drop $100 into my account. I tried calling the number from the text but it doesn’t receive calls and in fact out of the 3 different locations/business.. not one offers a phone number. They will provide the address, but no email nor number. I did send a text stating that I lost both games and that I hoped they would go through with their promise. I haven’t heard back but I honestly have all the screenshots with proof. I’m actually really upset about this.

We want to clarify that promotions from Scratchee always have terms attached, and we never intentionally ignore or break a promotional promise. If you have screenshots, that’s actually very helpful. We’d genuinely like to review them so we can investigate what happened and make sure everything was applied correctly. Trustpilot unfortunately doesn’t let us access your account details from a public review. Please contact our support team @hello@scratchee.com directly and include the screenshots and the phone number the message came from. Once we can match this to your account, we’ll escalate it and give you a clear answer. We understand why you’re frustrated, and we want the chance to look into this properly and resolve it!

Thanks so much for the feedback, Karen! We totally get it, the internet can be a skeptical place, so we’re glad we could prove the doubters wrong with those real payouts. We hear you loud and clear on the game selection, too. We’re actually working on adding new titles soon! Thanks for being part of the community.
I have been playing a lot!!!
I have been playing a lot and I have been winning very often. Nothing over $100😢 unfortunately. I had one issue and sent in a ticket and they fixed the problem right away. It was literally less than 10 minutes. I have to say other than not hitting any large jackpot I have no complaints about the site. I actually win like 10x more than playing actual scratch cards. And I have cashed out 3X I believe and always had my money within 24 hours. Sometimes it was right away. I’ve always been skeptical about sites like this thinking that they would just teach you and you just waste your money on it but that’s not the case with this place one of the few places I will gamble online with and not think I’m getting ripped off. Thank you for doing honorable business people like me really appreciate it.
