They scammed me and kept my winnings!!
My first time playing went well when I won $200 and was able to cash out and they quickly sent my money to my bank acct that I registerer with them. So the first of May 2026, recently won $100 and requested a withdrawal just like the first time. After a couple days I started inquiring about my money and they told me it was processed on their end so I should contact my bank. I have been in contact with my bank and they haven’t seen anything from Scratchee.?so I contacted Scratchee again asking them exactly where they sent my money because they didn’t send it to my bank. And now they won’t tell me anything other than it’s processed on their end??? Don’t play on this site because if there is a problem like with me they will not help you on their end. So I’m sure they sent my money to the wrong bank or wrong account number and it was probably sent back to Scratchee and they kept it. Because they told me it had been processed over 2 weeks ago but refuse to answer my email about the exact location and account number it was sent to!!

Thank you for sharing your experience, Karen. I am genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation has caused, especially after your first withdrawal went so smoothly.
When a transaction shows as fully processed on our end, it means the funds have cleared our system and are in transit. However, if there was an account mismatch and the funds were sent back, they absolutely belong to you. We want to investigate this immediately.
Please reach back out to our support team with your account email. We want to get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible.

Hi Jessica, we apologize for the delay with your withdrawal. Withdrawals can sometimes take 5-7 business days to reflect. We are, however, looking into this for you to see if there were any issues.
It's a scam don't spend your money. If you buy 1 ticket first time ever then you will win but after that wait for several months and they will send you a promo ticket and you'll win 200 .leave after .
Well the first time I bought a 10 dollar scratchee I won 60.00 on it but then I wanted to buy more but at the time they only allowed to connect to my bank account and that was a hell no. So over a year went by and they sent me a free promotional ticket. So I scratched it and won 200.00 but I had no id so I couldn't cash out so I bought more tickets and would win once I. A while. Out of 42 games I won only 11 but I had 7 in a row lose and of course I lost all the money and another thing. I thought I was seeing things so I took pics and screen recorded my plays and I was getting duplicated loser cards several games were like this and my freecards for 2nd play would say I already used the link. So I totally got screwed . It's a good thing I didn't pay with my money . Well I kind of did if u count the 200 I couldn't collect but when I mentioned it to them they thought I was just complaining because I lost . No I'm complaining because 6 of my games were duplicated loser cards so I don't think that is fair to me just because I didn't attach my bank account and pay with my money
They made sure I lost all the winnings .

Jennifer, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, our games use a Random Number Generator to ensure every outcome is independent and fair; we do not influence results based on payment history or bank connectivity.
Regarding your winnings, we are required to verify a valid Government-issued ID before any payout can be processed. Without this verification, we cannot release funds. We also apologize for any technical confusion regarding the links or card displays and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We understand getting started can sometimes feel frustrating, so it’s great to know your experience improved and that you were able to enjoy some wins and a smooth cashout. We’re especially glad you’re enjoying the Second Chance feature. Thanks again for being part of Scratchee!
Mixed review, good games confusing site
The second chance was very confusing I kept being told I had used it or code invalid but never got any second chances. Also tried to do a promotion I was emailed and it didn’t happen I had to email support. Good thing though support honored it and changed my balance to reflect it. Once I had won enough for cash withdraw it took my 5 days to figure out how to withdraw it. It was not clear what I had to do just kept saying additional verification needed. Had to email support 5 more times over that until someone finally actually emailed what I had to do in a way that made sense. Withdrawal was instant that time in my account in a second. So mixed review. Fun game easy win but the site is extemely confusing nothing is explained out. Can’t access account info so can’t know what it has for your name and email and all that like every other site of this nature.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We really appreciate you sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the second chance feature and promotions were unclear and didn’t work as expected initially. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We’re glad our support team was able to resolve the promotion issue and guide you through the withdrawal process, although it shouldn’t have required multiple follow-ups to get clear instructions. We’re actively working on improving clarity around features like second chances, verification steps, and account information access to make everything more straightforward. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the game overall and that your withdrawal was processed instantly once completed.
Your feedback is extremely valuable and will help us improve the experience for all players. Thank you again for taking the time to share it!
they do pay but their odds are really…
they do pay but their odds are really against you and mostly win what u paid for the ticket price and if you don't make a certain amount you can't cash out cash that's how they get you they're not very withdrawal friendly like any of them are but I just played and I swear to you at a 10 911 time and it was just the money that I played for that like it was a $20 winner and it was a $20 broke even that's not a win my opinions
so after playing a couple more times and seeing that you guys change it to instant payout and I'm going to raise my review of you guys of course cuz you guys definitely made changes that were better for the customer and I appreciate that and the games are different keep up the good work

Hi there, thank you for sharing your honest experience. We really appreciate you taking the time to break this down. We understand how frustrating it can feel to break even on a play, especially when you’re hoping for a bigger win. Outcomes like matching the ticket value can happen, but we recognize that it doesn’t always feel rewarding. Our games are designed with stated odds, and while wins are possible, results can vary from play to play. Regarding withdrawals, we aim to keep the process as smooth as possible, but we hear your concern about minimum cashout requirements and overall experience. Feedback like yours is important and helps highlight where expectations may not be aligning with user experience. If you ever have questions about odds, payouts, or withdrawals, our support team is always here to help clarify things. We appreciate you giving us a try and sharing your perspective.

I tried it out and at first felt like the odds were against me, but they have great promotions where they send text reminders of the deals- so I decided to take the offer, and take a chance.. and ended up winning enough for rent! Withdrawal was faster than my bank and has been reliable and fun!

The wording about the second chance…
The wording about the second chance scratchy needs to be changed on the main screen. It says enabled it should say eligible. When it says enabled it makes the person believe that they don't have to do anything further to activate it. Other than that I've had a pretty good experience. Customer service gets back at you really fast so that's a plus
