Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I’ve been waiting since April 8th for a $301 redemption , and all I’ve gotten is delays, vague responses, and zero accountability. Every time I reach out, I’m told the same generic line: “we’ll forward it to the team” or “we’ll get back to you.” Nothing actually gets resolved.
Customer support is completely unhelpful. They acknowledge the issue but don’t provide any real answers or timelines. It feels like they’re just stalling instead of fixing the problem. There’s no transparency, no urgency, and clearly no respect for customers’ time or money.
What makes it worse is that I’ve had no issues withdrawing much larger amounts from other platforms, but this company can’t even handle a simple $300 payout. That’s a huge red flag.
At this point, it just feels shady. If you value your money and don’t want to deal with unnecessary stress, avoid this place entirely.

Cashed out $200 yesterday morning was approved about 12 hours later and still waiting on my redemption to hit my bank account I'm hoping it hits real soon but they have all my favorite games

Always responds in a timely manner and you will receive your prize. I do wish there was a way for faster redemption for wins though. I am used to playing at other places and getting my prize in 24 hours at the latest not 3 or 4 days later. Think it's just more of a way to show value to your customers with a faster turn around time especially when purchasing takes 2 seconds and ALOT of purchases are being made. Other than that everything else is great.

I've been randomly playing spree for a little while. Lately I found myself playing a lot more often. I like the fact that they do not change the rules all the time. There are so many games to choose from and up until today I didn't even know there was a jackpot to be won. That totally made my day. I highly recommend playing them and I cashed out some gift cards today and got them within 24 hours and so far I've not ever had to contact customer service so I don't know how they do but the fact that I've never had to contact them says enough.
