Horrible site! Customer service is terrible here, my redemption keeps getting denied and they dont even notify me about it. I have to keep checking the spindoo site myself to see that the redemption got returned to my account. Then they keep telling me they are escalating the situation but nothing ever gets escalated. This is by far the worst site I've played on. Ive provided the same document numerous times and they keep denying it. It hasn't got denied anywhwre else but here, i suggest fully verifying here before playing here. They will keep your winnings and have an excuse why they cant pay you out.

STILL a problem with a redemption and getting no help
UPDATE- Emailed AGAIN with Nitin who claims the redemption was processed. My question is… how exactly can I confirm this with the payment provider when Spindoo won’t assist me at all with this??I have spoken to my bank and got confirmation that the deposit wasn’t submitted. I am SO disappointed with this platform. I really liked playing here but I’m realizing they really don’t care about their players. It has been 7 business days now.
UPDATE- I still haven’t received my redemption they say processed on 6-17. I received 2 other redemptions after that date. I keep asking them to check with payment provider but I guess keeping a member happy isn’t their concern. I am HIGHLY disappointed in Spindoo and I will probably be closing my account and consider it a loss because it doesn’t seem like they’re going to fix the problem. As of right now, I wouldn’t recommend Spindoo but I sure hope they change my opinion by correcting this problem. I will happily change my rating if they give me a reason to.
First, let me say I really hate only giving a 3 star for now because I really enjoy playing here. I have hit a few times and never had trouble redeeming until now. I put in a 500 redemption on 6-16 and received it. I put two redemptions in on 6-17, one for 250 and 500. I received the 500 but not the 250. I put a 500 on 6-18 and received that too. So….. I received 2 redemptions since I put in the 250. I emailed support a few times and they keep saying it was processed on 6-18. Thats great BUT I never received it. You would think by now they would have contacted their payment provider. I won’t be depositing and playing here until this gets straightened out. I will change my rating accordingly.
