the experience from start to finish has been excellent, the friendly and informative and very responsive technical staff. They are very patient with people who are only vaguely tech savy and that really helps wioth the overall experience.

TECHNICAL ISSUE SOLVED

AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GAIN ACCESS TO OUR TELEPHONE PORTAL VIA EMAILS, WADE CALLED TO TALK US THROUGH A RE-SET AND GAINED ACCESS STRIAGHT AWAY. WADE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PATIENT GETTING THIS SORTED FOR US

My experience with SCG has been really positive. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about delivering good service. I appreciated how they explain everything clearly, handled my request quickly, provided accurate information.

One thing they’re doing particularly well is quick response plus consistent communication. It made the process smooth and gave me confidence in their work.

Overall, I felt supported and well-informed, and I’d highly recommend them to others."

It's easy to switch to SCG

I was looking for a new mobile deal - but the faff of moving it ...led me to do nothing. The I met Mike at a Networking event and he took care of everything. I highly recommend SCG - everyone I have interacted with have been professional, helpful and friendly. I am hugely grateful and I'm saving money!
