Very helpful when things go wrong, which is the ultimate test of a companies customer service and support departments.

We have been very impressed by SCG because of our Personal Account Manager Keith Van Der Merwe. He patiently and knowledgeably worked through our queries and responded to our wish list to get us the right phone/internet system for our needs. Respect is also due to the SCG engineer Jerzy who smoothly figured out our seemingly complicated building with its phone/internet system. It feels great not to have to talk to an AI "bot" in a big-name company. Instead my experience with SCG has been communicating with intelligent real human beings.

Quick services and resolution of telephone problem

Have asked 4 times for our QR code so we can get our app up and running, Still waiting ..............

We have just set up an account with SCG and they have all been brilliant. Jamie has come in to help set the phones in person which made things a lot simpler. Ben has been a huge help over the phone answering all of our (many) questions and patiently staying on the phone till they had all been solved. Great company and great people, thank you.

Unable to leave a review for the full experience as i am yet to confirm if what SCG says will happen will happen as it is a future dated request however i did receive a response early than expected from Aden to say that they had actioned my request. So far its a five star review
