When there are problems which is not that often the speed in which you react and rectify what needs to be done. Customer service is top rate.

We have been with SCG for over a year now. As a small independent restaurant, we operate 18 hours each day. Transitioning to digital in a rural area was challenging; however, the SCG team supported us every step of the way. They provide two phone numbers for support, ensuring they are available 24 hours a day. The entire team is quick to resolve issues and very collaborative.
