The overall service level felt like a 3-star hotel. Additionally, there was continuous noise from celebrations starting from 11:00 AM until 3:00 AM.
I will never return to this hotel again, nor will I book through your platform in the future, especially since the offer was non-refundable and non-modifiable.

Horrible Experience at Saudia Holidays
I reached out to Saudia Holidays multiples times after a booking fault. I had changed my hotel that changed the dates of my stay. I’m in a horrible situation where I cannot afford to rebook and need to change my dates or I will fail out of school. I reached out multiple times, but they were closed. I asked there emergency hotline in which they said “No worries they can change it.” Additionally, I reached out to their number first thing in the morning the girl kept
saying their terms and conditions, but their website only sends the terms and conditions after booking. I reached out to each individual company including the hotel, airlines and the shuttle service and they all said we can give a refund don’t worry. How is this fair? I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on my
face.

تجربتي كانت سيئة جدًا وغير متوقعة طلبت حجز فندق 4 نجوم وتم حجز مكان لي كأنه موتيل قذر و رائحته سيئة جدًا وغير نظيف بالإضافة لانعدام الأمن بطاقة دخول الغرفة تفتح سائر غرف الفندق وتم وعدي بعد قضاء الليلة الأولى وتسجيل خروجي بإعادة قيمة باقي الليالي ولكنهم لاحقًا رفضوا إعادتها وذكروا أن الفندق نفى ذلك رغم أني بعثت صور وفديوهات تثبت كل ما ذكرت واضطررت لحجز فندق آخر على حسابي

I had experience a bit of a difficulty booking a round trip transportation to/from airport.
It wasn’t included in the main booking nor the website.
I had to call customs care who was 100% unhelpful at all. They referred me to find an agency in general.
I checked resort main website but it wasn’t running very smoothly.

Update: After my initial experience, the customer relations team contacted me and handled my request very well. They approved the change to my return flight for a reasonable fee, and I really appreciate their quick response and assistance.

Thank you for the offers, and for the easy platform. It would be better if I could search for specific hotels and select some for direct comparison. This alone made me go back and forth about 6 to 8 times and make screenshots and note down some key offers. Also, it would make sense if all documents shared via email to be received in a pack via WhatsApp + important emergency contacts. Thank you again.
