This is a diabolical holiday company, with terrible customer service. I would recommend using an alternative if possible.

This is my second poor experience with this booking. My first issue was only met with a hollow promise on Trustpilot that I would be contacted—it never happened. Now, I am facing a much more significant failure regarding my legal rights.

I submitted a formal withdrawal request last Saturday due to a substantial change in the contract: my departure airport was changed from Airport X to Airport Y. This 170 km shift creates an unacceptable logistical burden, particularly since I have already booked and paid for a parking spot at Airport X.

Despite being promised a resolution within 24–48 hours, that timeframe has long passed. I am constantly met with generic chat responses that offer no updates. To make matters worse, I discovered that the option to file a formal complaint has been disabled on your website, effectively blocking customers from seeking internal resolution.

I am explicitly citing the following:

Terms & Conditions, Section 13.3: I have the right to withdraw if a trip is provided with a substantial change to an essential characteristic.

Standard Information Form (§ 651a BGB): Travelers may withdraw without a cancellation fee and receive a full refund if essential components are significantly changed.

Section 13.6 & § 651h BGB: A full refund must be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal.

I request a full refund of the total package price (flight and hotel) to my original payment method immediately. Stop the generic replies, fix your complaint system, and fulfill your legal obligations.

Talking and working with the agent was easier. But the follow up emails and info was not very easy.

Hotelauswahl individuell zu gestalten und schöne Momente sind inklusive.
Positiv überrascht war das Flugangebot inklusive Bord- und Aufgabegepäck!

Contacted to ask about whether name prefixes on airline tickets were correct or necessary and was told to contact the airline. I thought the travel agent would deal with those issues. Bit disappointed.

die Buchung war sehr gut und einfach,
jedoch habe ich aufgrund eines Fehlers bei der Bezahlung erst im Nachhinein gesehen dass mein Rabatt von MSELITE5 nicht abgezogen wurde,
hierfür habe ich bereits über das online formular urgiert jedoch ohne rückmeldung bzw. habe ich eine Rückmeldung zu einem anderen Thema erhalten...

Eine Reise buchen sich die einzelnen Wünsche , Zimmer, Verpflegung und Transfer zusammen stellen war unkompliziert.
Tolle Flugzeiten.

Guten Tag, nach meiner Buchung habe ich festgestellt, das der Hinflug nicht richtig bestätigt wurde. Den wollte ich anpassen. Dies wurde nicht akzeptiert und angepasst. Auf meine Frage was ich machen soll, das ich den Hinflug nicht antreten kann wurde keinerlei Lösung genannt. Nur sorry wir können nichts machen. Auch türkish Airlines konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen. Sorry aber ich habe angeblich bei einer renommierten Unternehmen gebucht….. anscheinend ist es nicht der Fall. Das heißt nach Buchung bzw. Falsche Bestätigung der Flugzeit keine Änderung möglich. Nach meine Erfahrung empfehle ich allen die Finger von türkish holidays die Finger zu lassen.

I would like to share my recent experience with your service.

I made a reservation for a travel package (flight + hotel) through your platform, and the full payment was already charged from my bank account.

However, despite the payment being taken, my reservation was still not clearly confirmed. When I contacted the airline, I was told that the booking exists but is not fully confirmed because it was made through an agency.

This situation is extremely confusing and stressful. As a customer, it is very concerning to have the full amount charged while still not having a clear confirmation that the trip is secured.

In addition, the information provided about payment deadlines and possible cancellation added even more pressure, making the experience very uncomfortable.

Travel booking should be a smooth and reassuring process, especially after full payment has been made. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty.

I strongly recommend improving communication and ensuring that customers receive clear and immediate confirmation once payment is completed.

This review is being left formally, as I have been unable to obtain a proper response through your official customer service channels.

My return flight on 18 May (originally scheduled for an evening departure around 20:00) was unilaterally changed to a significantly earlier time, directly impacting pre-booked and non-refundable arrangements.

What makes this situation even more unreasonable is that I have been rebooked onto a flight departing approximately 6 hours earlier, while the original evening flight I had booked is still operating. This makes the decision both unjustified and extremely difficult to accept, as a comparable option clearly exists.

The booking is part of a holiday package, which makes it impossible to manage changes independently online. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any meaningful assistance from your customer support.

Under UK261 passenger rights, I am entitled to be re-routed under comparable conditions to my original booking. At present, this has not been offered.

I have also been invited to leave a Trustpilot review before any resolution has been provided, which highlights a concerning disconnect between customer service processes and actual customer care.

Please consider this review as a formal request for resolution. If no suitable re-accommodation on the original (or equivalent evening) flight is offered promptly, I will proceed with escalation through the UK Civil Aviation Authority and any relevant dispute resolution channels.

I expect a response within a reasonable timeframe “despite being told I would receive an ‘ASAP’ response”

Until then, I cannot recommend Turkish Airlines.
