Winning the Lightsabor was such a highlight to my and my families month as we've been dealing with some stressful situations. This simple thing brought some excitement back into our week. The shipping time was around 2 weeks
The shipping time was around 2 weeks, worth the wait, I had no issues when it arrived but later my sabers core started glitching so I contacted them, they replied the next day saying the issue couldn’t be fixed so they sent me a new chassis which came in a week or so, very satisfied with the new one. The quality of my saber is also really good everything works perfectly fine. Only problem was that i live in Europe and i had to pay 20% VAT which i had to pay an extra 100€ so that was only one thing that made me mad, so I recommend buying from SaberTheoy, but check your countries VAT and shipping duties prices cuz u might pay an extra hundreds if ur order is expensive. So I rate this whole experience a 4/5. Thanks SaberTheory for ur fast communication and support.

Saber never coming?
Ordered a saber june 14th. It has been 7 weeks and the order is still not processed. I should have known it was a bad idea to pay up front💸

The new saber has arrived and my son even got a better saber than the one he originally ordered. Happy son, happy mom:)
The first saber was lost in transition. This might be the case, I only feel this is often the case when you pay upfront..

The customer support was excellent, even offering a free replacement (which I wasn’t expecting at all) to a part of the product that had a slight graze on it during shipping. Other than that the products were perfect from the start, only complaint was with shipping but they can’t control that completely

Fine print that I did not understand…
Fine print that I did not understand prevented me from getting the 2 free sabers during the sale. When I requested to cancel my order, I was told I could wait until it arrives and return it (to Honk Kong, Japan). I didn't even want it anymore. I'm sure it will be of poor quality if it ever gets here (ordered 2 weeks ago, still not shipped). Save yourself the trouble and don't get tricked into buying one of these pieces of garbage.

The absolute best customer service ever. Like from the second i ordered my ani proffie to the day it arrived i got updates and everything you could ask for. Even after it arrived i asked if i could get a better description on how it works and within the same day they sent me a video and a doc with everything it does.
