The saber itself is amazing and the price was very good. My onl y problem is that I had a discount and a present and "due to a bug in the system" they decided to take away my free gift after I already made my purchase. Kinda a low blow to take away a free gift after you already gave it AFTER the payment was made.

The system got a little messed up with the promotion codes, but overall it was great. Everything figured out in the end and everyone understood.

I've been waiting for round about 30 days for now even tho i payed extra with the priority shipping. The parcel isnt even in my continent yet, matter of fact not even near it. Shop doesn't show anything yet and it only says "Waiting for details...". I don't know where the websites tracking option suddenly went but it's also gone now. The customer support service only tells me that they are grateful for my patience and tell me the same thing over and over again. Last time i contacted them they sent me a screenshot of my apperent order, which turned out to not even be mine, completly different things i didn't even order and completly wrong shipping details.
Would not recommend till now.
Maybe i'll change my mind when it finally decides to arrive.

The sabers are great and do look good. But one saber cant connect with the app (which is pretty bad by itself) so I suppose that bluetooth doesnt work for that one. Also it is not explained well through the instructions (every saber gets the same) how to assemble the saber and what every accessoire's function is. The customer service is great

The customer service was so, so. I had multiple different support people telling me different things. At one point I was given multiple discount codes that I was told would stack on each other, then after checking out they reached out and told me I wasn't allowed to and they charged me the extra. I think they need to fix their website so that doesn't happen to anyone else. Took a bit to deliver but whatever. The products themselves are pretty good tho I think they need to add better descriptions on the website of each saber. I wasn't aware upon purchase that the maul saber needed to have both hilts screwed together by multiple screws instead of just a twist-together.

The sabers look great, i got shadow maul ones but for some reason when i change colour it can inly turn pinkish, not deep red, and also swich in the second half is pretty painful to press

The overall experience went well and the products are great. The one issue I had was during the purchase. I was able to use two coupons on their site for original purchase. After payment, I was informed that I was not able to use both coupons and had to pay the additional charge to reverse one of the coupons. I did that and the person I dealt with was extremely kind and professional.

I asked about a specific question and help about the order, it arrived exactly as asked, it took some time but it was worth it, the costumer service was so kind and friendly, the saber itself is amazing,

The light saber was better than expected. My son loved it he loves all the light changes you can do with it.

I ordered the Youngling Saber with the buy 1 get a free Luke Saber deal, and both was great, the light on the baselits are better than I expected and they are very sturdy. I think you should buy one, if you want a lightsaber, they answer everything you ask just send an email to them, or just ask the chatbot if you have any questions

support was good just wish they would clarify on there website that shipping is not 1 week
