If your saber works right out of the box then theyre great. As soon as yoou need to work with the company past buying a lightsaber it is a living nightmare I have spent months sending videos of me trying to narrow down what the problem is with their blade. So their 1 year warrenty is cool and all but be preparried to diagnose your own saber problems.

Saber came non borken and out of the box easy to "build" an already pre charge, the dueling was good BUT i noticed at the Luke skywalker saber if you lose the spring under the powder button the plate can easy get lose and gets lost and so is it whit the power on button.
Customer service was friendly and fast Product is good and So is the delivery service.

All in all im very happy

I bought Luke Skywalker’s xenopixel lightsaber last year and i got a a lightsaber for free for dueling. Everything is working fine and everything is clean. I had an issue with my xenopixel lightsaber, but they helped me to fix it and now everything is working fine again. The shipping was relatively fast. I would recommend!

Ordered a Zoro saber. Works great.
By some mistake i was told it was delivered and when I checked the tracking it said it was delivered to a country i do not live in. However after contacting customer support they got me sorted pretty quickly and received my order. Good service.

I ordered from this company because I am a fan of some of their creators. I won a free saber from a giveaway one of their creators were doing. Unfortunately the saber was not shipped with my purchase so I had to still pay shipping, which I did not mind initially. When I asked if I could receive a slightly better item then what I won due to the inconvenience, I was unfortunately rejected. Overall the experience was not horrible but I’ve had better experiences from other saber brands.
