Pawel from Leeds was very helpful and quick with sorting out my issue. Thanks Pawel, highly recommend!

Pawel fixed the toilet effectively and also informed me if I need anything in the future to reach out to him. Thanks again

Pawel was very polite and Solved the issue quickly

Pawel was super helpful in getting maintenance issue fixed and is lovely and chatty

Scam company there 5 star reviews are all fake the lady aleksy is a racist and very abusive towards customers and rude. She tries to be little customers and makes fun of vulnerable customers. I strongly do not recommend this company, especially their terrible customer service. She spoke to me this morning on the phone and was very abusive. And making threats and not Professional also hang up the phone whilst in the middle of a conversation. I will be escalated this further and taking legal action against them.

Kamil is fantastic he works at my site in Stevenage he is always going above and beyond to help residents. He is a true asset to the company.

Quick and great service by Jacob (sorry if it’s the wrong name). Reported on the 19th. Attended and fixed on the 20th Jan.

Pawel was excellent help with tending to and replacing the heater in my apartment. Also a great conversationalist :).

Pawel came back to check our radiator was working effectively. He is always punctual, polite, and professional whenever he visits. He took the time to properly inspect the radiator, explained what the issue was in clear terms, and made sure everything was working efficiently before leaving.

Pawel has been great, both times they’ve been and fixed things for me it has been an easy job. Really lovely guy and have a great laugh.

Pawel is great, fixes things quickly and very positive

Jakub at S3 has done a few repairs at my rented property and I'll be in touch with him again for handyman services at my personal property when I buy. He comes across as trustworthy, hardworking and gets the work done quickly. He's fixed various issues at my apartment such as window blinds, kitchen cupboards and a dishwasher door.

Pawel was great, came in and resolved the issues straight away. Thank you !
