From purchase to replacement...
From purchase to replacement the support and customer service has been something of a previous generation. Unheard of today is; accountability, availability, reliability, durability, affordability, and overall quality. That's what you'll receive with Ruko. I've had multiple other drones over the years, none with the high quality visuals, versatility, as well as options to produce great visuals with a drone. Taking a flight through a tunnel of trees at our new property, covering 700' through a thicket of alders, there was one or two trees that tried to block the flight path of my drone. Immediately calling up customer service, reporting the collision, and seeking repair, and dealing with themm directly via email the drone, was replaced at no cost to me. Great product and wonderful service. I have tried several different drones and found this one to be the best! Easy to learn and great to fly with very nice video and pictures. Great post purchase support!
Ruko’s customer service and support is what influenced my 5 star rating.
My u11mini 4k had a collision after a connection issue and they quickly walked me through how to send my flight log which quickly turned to sending a new drone along with a consolation accessory.
I wasn’t expecting much when I initially contacted them and while expectations weren’t high, their suppport put me at ease and I’m very pleased with the way they stood by their product.

It's important for me to start by saying that I have been looking at Ruko drone products for sometime now. Like many, I started with no-name & inexpensive drones. Over 2+ years. Decent Drone - good support help
Drone is pretty good. Met expectations for 7 months or so. Use it to capture our son’s JROTC PT competitions. You do need to do all the FAA registration, but it gives pretty clear instructions and guides on how to do that.
For support - When motor on one arm stopped spinning easily I was able to reach out to Ruko Toy support for help. Team members helped fix issue and resolved problem. While it was at first confusing; I’m happy with the resolution and back to flying this awesome drone.
