I bought an F11 Pro 2 drone from Ruko
I bought an F11 Pro 2 drone from Ruko, and through my own mistake, damaged the drone. When I was unable to fix it, Ruko responded to my request for help within the hour, and sent me a replacement, with an extra battery.
Also, the drone itself, being my first drone, was easy to set up and learn to use. This product has helped several times with my job as a firefighter. Thanks, Ruko!

Buy the insurance for the F11PRO2! Hovering at 100ft shooting video, the drone stopped responding to the transmitter. After some crazy erratic maneuvers, my drone shut down and crashed. Picked up the pieces and called Ruko. They asked a few questions. Five days later I received a new drone, battery, and transmitter. Great customer service!

Great Drone for the avg Adult
I have said this more than once. These Ruko drones (mine is the F11GIM2 )are ideal for those of us who want reliability, durability (not breaking very easy) , and very thoroughly worked out software, mating any smart phone to the controller. I was impressed and, though not a heavy user, have been extremely pleased with it. I am especially surprised and appreciative of the customer service you get easily by way of email. Very responsive. Few companies these days are like that. They all should be.

Great little drone

I had a minor mishap with my Gim2f11…
I had a minor mishap with my Gim2f11 drone. No, physical damage, but the rear motor seemed to be experienced in a problem. I contacted roku's customer service via email and got a prompt response. They asked me a few questions and asked me to send in pictures and a short video once I did that instead of me sending the drone in for a repair, they replaced the entire drone. The customer service was fast and friendly and i'm definitely going to buy my next drone from them

Great starter Drone
I am new to drones.I found the ruko drone easy to set up and even easier to fly. Only one app to download along with manual. Camera gimbal very smooth even in light wind. Battery run time true to posted except in wind as to keep stable. Lastly, excellent customer service my one problem TAKEN CARE OFF.

The drone itself is amazing I've had a few drones take my breath away but my Ruko takes first place in every way everyday! I was amazed at the videos that came back and at all of its capabilities.
