Very very impressed.
Ruko responded in a timely manner to my service request. They were very personal and sent me the part I needed faster than I expected. The rc dog is great and easy to change. The gift is for my grandson but my real dog loves it on a rainy day.

The drone is very reliable for Recreational and Commercial use.
Drone specs are exactly as advertised, Level 5 Wind resistance, RTH mode, Follow Mode, FPV Mode, Waypoints followed by drones when using the feature, 250 Meters of max height, Very customizable the way you can create a plan and execute it using Waypoint is excellent in environments where a controlled path must be followed.
Used for : House Inspection, Tower inspection, Aerial Photography, Farm, and Land Surveys allowing me to earn a living from using a Roku drone.
The drone is very reliable, easy to operate for all ages, FAA Compliant and overall a great drone to use for Recreational and Commercial Part 107 use.
The drone has great potential for additional future applications such as Emergency Services, Law Enforcement Operations and more!

Ruko's customer service is above and…
Ruko's customer service is above and beyond the best. The problem with my drone was the cable that connects my cellphone to the controller. Not only did they sent me a new cable but they sent me a new controller. The new cable worked find with the original controller but now if I ever break the original controller I know that I have a spare.

Customer service is 100% very helpful and quick and responding with your problems. Their packaging department on the other hand needs some serious work. I purchased a controller and it was placed in a paper envelope by the time I received it the envelope was damaged and all the sticks were exposed. This is my second review my first one has pictures other than that. Very good company.

Top Notch Customer Service
I bought the F11 Pro 2 drone and I just love the way this flies. So smooth in camera mode and I get great videos from it.
I was having an issue with the camera connecting so I got in touch with Ruko customer service. After some detail going back and forth they decided on replacing the unit and I couldn’t be happier with the drone and their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this drone and Ruko all together.
I’ll certainly buy this drone again.
