Unequalled customer service

Had an issue with my drone, it got away from controls and flew into trash can breaking the wing. I asked about a repair site and they assured me not to worry, they would let me purchase protection plan (after i just admitted i was responsible for damage!) and i was able to replace my F11pro2 for $49.
I can’t say enough about your company and customer service dept for your dedication to customer satisfaction. I am a big drone enthusiast and my next one will be a Ruko to partner with my existing one!!!

Excellent and responsive customer support

I had a very good experience with Ruko’s customer service. The support team was very reactive, professional, and quick to help me with my issue. They answered my questions clearly and offered a replacement drone very fast.
I really appreciate their kindness, patience, and the help they provided throughout the process. I have not received the replacement drone yet, but the shipment is already in progress and I can see that it should arrive in the next few days.

Its been almost 30 days and I still…

Its been almost 30 days and I still haven't received my delivery. There has been numerous calls made without results. According to the USPS website my delivery should've been delivered on Monday. But its now Wednesday and my drone says its still on California. My residence is in New York. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

The best company I’ve never heard of, let alone used

I’m giving them one star because I can’t give zero to a company I have no relationship with. Apparently, in the digital age, being a total stranger to a brand is enough of a "user experience" to warrant a formal review.
If their customer service is anything like their review-solicitation logic, they probably answer the phone before you even dial. I’m sure their products—whatever they are—work perfectly in the alternate dimension where I actually purchased them.
Pros: They haven't sent me anything, so nothing has broken yet.
Cons: I'm currently reviewing a void.
Five stars for audacity, one star for relevance. Highly recommended for people who enjoy writing fan fiction about corporate entities they’ve never interacted with.

I had asked for some replacement parts…

I had asked for some replacement parts for my Ruko 4k RC3 but informed that this model was so new that they did not have replacement parts available yet. I was told to use my warranty and
I was sent a complete new drone. Was not expecting that. They got me up and flying. Can not ask for better support than that. Will definitely keep using and buying Ruko products. Thanks

It was difficult to learn how to fly…

Ruko F11 Pro 2 was difficult to learn how to fly it. Operates smoothly and responsive to remote control once I got it flying. A big negative is the lack of an Avoidance system.
