Believe me, this company really cares about you...
I had a minor problem with a Ruko product, so I reached out to customer service via email. I received an immediate response from a real person, not an automatic answering service. And, they have been in touch with me throughout the entire process. I even talked to a real person on the phone. Amazing!
I am truly impressed with their service and commitment to customer satisfaction; they made me feel like a very important person during this matter, which is rare these days. Also, their offers to resolve my problem were totally unexpected and generous.

This Drone company is the best
This Drone company is the best ! I recently bought 2 drones, one for me and one for my little brother (11) the drone was very easy to set up and operate . For Drones in this price range it far exceeded my expectations. The customer service at Ruko is superb, I had a minor issue with one of my drones , customer service was in direct contact with me to help resolve the issue . This kind of service is unheard of . I would highly recommend a Ruko drone to any one interested in a great product from a great company!

Ruko - THE BEST at customer service
Ruko definitely has one of the best customer service groups in the world. The timeliness of their responses was amazing. Whether I emailed in the evening or early in the day, I received a response within a few hours (sometimes within minutes!). They were always courteous even when they needed a little more information than I had provided. They also went the extra mile by not just replacing the part that I suspected was the problem but instead provided a full replacement to ensure the issue was fully addressed. They even offered me a free accessory to make up for my having to deal with the initial problem. In a world that has forgotten what customer service is all about, they stand out as a service organization.

I had a bad problem with my drone
I had a bad problem with my drone, making it unusable. I contacted customer service by phone, and got right through to a live person, who was eager to help!
I received an email almost immediately after the call, requesting information from my drone app. Shortly after, I received another email stating that they were sending me a new drone. They also asked if I would do a review on Amazon (which I would have anyway), and send them a screenshot of the review. Once I did that, I would be sent a free gift! You get to choose between a set of replacement propeller blades, or a spare battery! The batteries are $70 alone!
Great customer service who are very quick to respond!

Ruko has great product and excellent customer service
RUKO has one of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. The customer support team was responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. When I reached out about an issue with my drone (which wasn’t even their fault), they attended to me promptly and provided a solution very quickly, including a replacement at no extra cost.
The drone itself produces lovely images, and the video quality is exceptional. Once you get familiar with how to use it, you can capture truly beautiful footage. I’m very grateful for both the product and the outstanding service.
