Great service
The toy was so fun and great but we did encounter a minor problem with the wheels so I contacted the service team who was very easy to speak with and responsive and they resolved the problem quickly.

Excellent Customer Service
I have 2 drones from Ruko now, the Pro and the gim2. Both are easy to fly and excellent for beginners like me to learn on. I had a few issues, mainly with the battery in the controller. They sent me a new one which corrected the issue. Customer service is prompt and polite. To me that is everything!

Excellent Customer Service
Customer service was incredible. I had an issue with my drone. I contacted them, and within 12 hours, I had a response. What made this a better experience was that they maintained constant contact during the Christmas Holidays. Customer support is amazing always helpful and helped me twice now with drone problems. Ruko always makes it right if you have issues.

GREAT company, GREAT drone
About the company: Prior to buying two (2) Ruko F11 Pro drones I made numerous calls (a lot) to the company. If the phone call itself was not answered, I left a message and was ALWAYS called back within a few hours. More than half the time a person answered, NO prompts, a person. WOW. Every question was answered in a manner that a beginner could understand. About the Ruko F11 Pro: the drone handles 12 mph winds with-out slowing down a bit, will probably handle much more. The reaction time between a toggle push and the drone's movement is instantaneous. I love the RTH function, always landing with-in a 4' radius. Beginner mode with the 98' maximum distance works perfectly and speed 1 is a must for new flyers. Does everything I wanted (perfectly) and the 30 min. battery life is more than I ever need.
