Excellent experience
After ordering my rug, I noticed the following day that it was on sale. I emailed Robert who came back to me within the hour informing me that he had applied the discount. The rug arrived that day and it’s gorgeous! How could anyone fault that kind of service. I am always cautious about recommendations as the quality of service can be down to the perception of an individual but I would happily recommend this company to anyone. Quality rugs with 5* customer service
After a week one of the rugs we ordered started to fray underneath. (Manufacturing problem) We got in touch with their customer service and within minutes they had us sorted with a new rug, out for delivery straight away while they got someone to return the faulty one. Our new rug is loads better and the quality is amazing!
