Excellent service which cannot be faulted. Things didn't go entirely to plan with my order (through no fault of their own) but the staff at Rug Love could not have done more to sort things out. They were kind, friendly and couteous throughout. Would highly recommend this firm to anyone

Great customer service
Some issues with my order and then delivery but all resolved and the customer service is impeccable. Always a risk ordering from somewhere that doesn't have a phone number but they are very responsive and quick on email. Would absolutely order from them again. Rug is lovely.

Customer service is helpful
The overall customer service is very helpful.
However the delivery courier that the company use is appalling. I have been expecting the delivery so many different days now and after contacting the courier myself on two occasions, they advised the delivery address was incomplete which has been updated now on three occasions. Still awaiting delivery and should hopefully arrive today.

Rug looks nice.
Over priced for the quality. I noticed the price was increased recently from £109 to £120 in time for a 'sale'.
Wipes clean very easily.
I was thinking of purchasing another rug from here but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I've sent several enquiries over the past few months and they haven't replied to a single one. I even sent a message on Instagram. If they don't want to assist with a purchase I hate to think how they handle after sale issues.

Although I didn’t get the rug I ordered I have to say Rug Love customer service were excellent! I received a refund quick and easy and they even let me keep the rug as a gesture of goodwill!

Fantastic rug. Great quality and made to a high standard. Great price and free delivery. The rug has white in it and I did think some of the fabric would come off but it has not so far at all! Great communication and really pleased I found this website!

I was taken very ill last week and as Rug Love is just myself things fell apart at one of the busiest times of year. This is no excuse so please accept my apologies, procedures have now been put in place to ensure this cannot happen again. I would like to reasure you that this experience is not represenative of Rug Love and the result of extraordinary cirumstances. Prior to the negative reviews this week Rug Love has over 120 5 star reviews from the last 6 months that I have worked very hard to maintain.
