I had to wait a month for my beautiful rug to arrive. But thanks to Robert's amazing customer service, i did not worry at all during the long wait and i waited quite happily. THIS is what it looks like when customer service is done well, take note, other companies. Robert, you deserve a bonus judging by all the 5 star reviews that have mentioned your name! My favourite rug store
Have ordered twice from ruglove, first rug was delivered after 2 days and it’s absolutely perfect we love it, second hasn’t arrived yet (it’s only been a few days) but have had excellent correspondence with Robert and he has gone above and beyond to get it to me ASAP so I literally have no complaints, customer service is 10/10 and I will 100% shop here again when I need another rug. They have so many to choose from and all prices are reasonable and when on sale they are really cheap, but not compromising quality xxx

Fantastic company and excellent customer service. Robert has been an absolut angel. He was dealing with my order and kept me updated on my delivery date. The rug I ordered was out of stock so I had to wait a bit longer for it. Robert reassured me that it will be delivered as soon as it is back in stock. As a gesture of goodwill he offered to supply the rug for free and refund has been issued. There is not many companies like this that puts customers first. Thank you once again Rug love and Robert for going that extra mile.
