Not only are these rugs lovely but the customer service is amazing! I realised when I got the rug, I ordered the wrong size and needed a bigger one. Robert was super helpful and sorted the return and delivery for me. Made it so hassle free, thank you. Can’t recommend enough, will be telling friends and family where to get rugs!

I ordered 2x rugs from these guy's and they dispatched them very quickly, however only one of the rugs turned up so I emailed them to explain and got a response very quickly. Robert has been fantastic at dealing with my issue and sent me proof of dispatch, it was clear that the courier company had only delivered 1x rug, Robert contacted the courier and emailed me back to say that they have miss placed part of my order and he would dispatch a replacement a.s.a.p! My replacement arrived today -what a great company to deal with, I will certainly recommend to friends and family, I will be ordering again from them too.

I ordered the ‘Origins Cable Rug’ in blush. It is a beautiful, high quality rug. It arrived very quickly post order and the communication from RugLove (Robert) was exceptional. The customer service I received was truly outstanding and I will most certainly purchase from them again.

I can't recommend rug love enough...great products and the customer service is 2nd to none. I ordered the wrong colour by mistake and they were more than helpful sorting me out when it was my mistake.

Excellent service. I ordered the rug (well 11m hall runner) on 12 October and it arrived here in South Australia on 18 October! It is really well made/finished and I love it!!

I have found my go-to for Rugs :) Wow! These days it's difficult to find a half decent company, but these guys go above and beyond. Great quality rugs and cheaper than any other website. Placed my order and within 2 days it was here. Love the rug and they sent me a further 20% discount off my next purchase, which I am definitely placing shortly. It's so good to see companies like these still exist. A massive thumbs up and 5 stars from me well done guys :)

Excellent service, fast delivery. Ordered two rugs, one arrived very quickly, within a couple of days of ordering and before we expected it to arrive. The other, unfortunately had a problem with stock, but customer services were very helpful and gave me a choice of waiting for the rug and giving me a discount, or getting a full refund and cancelling the order (they weren’t sure when it would be in stock).
The rug which arrived is excellent quality, and is the same as the picture showed.
They also offer payment plans which can be very helpful too!

Fabtastic experience with the company. I ordered a rug on the 21st expecting to wait weeks for delivery (like most big retailers) but I received an email a couple of days later apologising for the delay. I was kept fully informed throughout and received my rug on the 25th! Really quick considering there was meant to be a delay.

As for quality, I ordered from the Boho range and I LOVE it. It's exactly like the pictures on the website and I'm really pleased.

Please consider this website first before the big retailers, you'll pay much less and receive it much faster!

Carpet is just lovely, so thick, soft, comfortable. I love it and big hit with my 3 year old who now runs to it as soon as we get home:)

Excellent customer service, I had lots of emails keeping me up to date with my order, as soon as the item was dispatched i got an email. I wasn’t expecting my rug until 17/02 and it arrived today 16/02 great value for money I will be buying from Rug Love in the future!
