When you purchase items from pictures via the internet one can never tell the quality. But we were pleasantly surprised of how well it was made. The colours matched our decor to the "T", and just the right size.

When I bought a rug from here I was originally sent the wrong size. I contact customer service who were in extremely helpful and sent me another straight away and had the other picked up. For the inconvenience they sent me a voucher which was really kind. I also love my rug :)
