I absolutely LOVE my new rug!!! After weeks of searching and deliberating I went back to my first choice and am so pleased I did. This rug has a funky modern pattern and is super-soft under foot. It’s really well made and is such good value for money. I went for the smallest size in the end due to size/shape of room and position of door. I wondered if going small would lose the effect of the design but it hasn’t. Would suit any room. It was also so easy to deal with this company - no Bots but real humans on actual email. Really lovely and easy to deal with. 100% recommend 😃

I enquired about a particular rug on their website as I had previously been sent one from another retailer and the rug was completely different from the stock photos. Rug Love went above and beyond to check the rug I wanted was actually the same one I required. Amazing correspondence and fantastic customer service. Thank you

Rug love has an excellent range of rugs but if you are not satisfied with your purchase returns are easy to arrange.
The rug I purchased was lovely and very good value unfortunately the colour was not quite right in my lounge so I started the returns procedure this is on their web site.
I am nearly 80 and got a little confused so I emailed them. Robert was the gentleman who dealt with my query.
I received an excellent reply he was friendly and understanding, all was arranged to a satisfactory conclusion.
Fantastic customer service from Rug Love I cannot recommend them enough I will be ordering from them again.
