Over the course of a year, I've bought 3 rugs from Rob and co - they have been exemplary when it comes to customer service at every step. In purchasing you're buying from a family-run business and you can tell. I can't recommend them enough.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough, firstly the rug I bought was stunning which was the Delilah wool pebble cream rug! Great quality and looks amazing in my room! The customer service is truly outstanding. Would 100% buy from ruglove again and would recommend to family and friends.

We Absolutely love the rug and so does my son who is autistic and loves soft things to touch, it is really soft and thick but very light. And looks brilliant very vibrant colours actually does look like the photos very pleased with it and look to buy more from these when we need rugs now thanks guys keep up the good work

This rug is so soft and cozy on your feet, you could sleep on it! It is thick and looks amazing in my walk-in wardrobe. I regret not getting it in a bigger size.
