I’ve just received my second purchase from Rug Love and I am over the moon with it! It’s exactly what I wanted.
Rug Love’s customer service is second to none. There was a slight delay with delivery but I honestly wasn’t fussed about it. Before I had even noticed Robert the owner sent me a ‘real’ email, not an automated, robotic one- explaining the situation, had actioned a part refund AND a gift voucher! When does that ever happen! This is why small/independent businesses matter and I will always support this one. So happy with my rug!

Despite having to send my rug back as it wasn't 100% right for my living room, I couldn't recommend this company more in terms of customer service. Robert has been so helpful throughout with my return and refund, going above and beyond! Thank you and I hope to purchase again from Rug Love in the future.

Despite a long delay due to issues the supplier's end, I cannot recommend Rug Love more highly. The customer service is outstanding with great communication. The rug itself is also beautiful and excellent value for money. I shall definitely use this company again.

My first time purchasing after seeing such good reviews on Trust Pilot. Prices are brilliant. I was informed every step of the way via email from order confirmation to the delivery. Delivery was free 1 day service, with a 2 hour window. Driver was on time and friendly. Impeccable service and really love our rug. I've already recommended to the family :)

Really good customer service. Prompt response went above and beyond. Originally purchased a rug which turned out to be below expectations. No fault of the actual seller. They took the rug back with no issues. I then had a Sierra 900 Rug from them, which was lovely. The quality and thickness was better than expected for the price. Would recommend and purchase from this retailer again.

Wow, what a brilliant experience! I ordered a rug on 21st November and it arrived less than 48 hours later. Lovely product, free delivery, lowest price on the internet, PLUS I got an extra 10% off for being a new customer. Seriously, it doesn't get better than that! Recently had a terrible experience with another seller and Rug Love have restored my faith in online retailers. Will 100% use them again. Thank you so much for such brilliant service.

Customer service at its best. Robert should give master classes to some of the large retailers - service is second to none - and the rug is excellent too! I have already ordered another.

Amazing, beautiful rug and at great price - love it. Ordered the wrong size rug, so returned and ordered the right size with ease, quickly and no complications - all down to Robert and his team - great customer services as well. What more can you ask for :-)

Unfortunately the rugs that we purchased were faulty but Robert responded to all correspondence incredibly quickly and actioned a refund without any fuss, so still giving 5* for incredible customer service. Would be happy to purchase from this company again in the future.

Had a issue with delivery, having had a mix up with the delivery address and courier delivery slot, but this was most likely solely down to the courier. I was a bit frustrated having dealt with annoyed neighbours, but Robert from RugLove reached out to me and was really friendly and sympathetic, i didn't realise they were a small business, as i have also purchased from here 3 years ago, but this is probably one of the kindest customer care i have come across.

I bought a rug a few weeks ago from Rug Love and the service was first class. Helpful advice and prompt delivery, at the time I requested. All at very competitive prices.
So I have now bought another four rugs.
Again there was helpful advice from owner Robert, the rugs were delivered on time in good order, again at competitive prices.
This is the best service I have received from any supplier, rugs or otherwise, for many a month.
