Fantastic company with brilliant customer service
We cannot recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish the customer service was outstanding. The rugs we ordered were top quality, they arrived quickly and were lower priced than all the competitors. The Rug Visualizer was so helpful and gave an accurate idea of how the rug would look. Unfortunately the rugs weren’t suitable for what we needed (our fault and not the rugs) but Robert couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful with arranging returns and refunds. It’s not often that you get this level of customer care from an online company or high street for that matter and we would 100% recommend Rug Love.

I have placed 3 orders through RugLove and all 3 of the rugs have been quality and value for money. I had the Esme rug in mauve which is a beautiful wool rug and the colour is gorgeous. I also had a runner for my hallway which I'm really pleased with, great quality, lovely modern floral pattern. My absolute favourite is my latest one the Ascot in taupe which is just beautiful it looks fantastic in my lounge and looks more expensive than it was, such good quality and really good value for money. The customer service I've experienced has been second to none and I would highly recommend Rug Love to anyone looking for good quality, value for money and great customer service.

Incredible customer service. After I placed an order for a rug, they promptly emailed to let me know it had unfortunately ran out of stock. Most companies would just cancel your order, and let you figure it out, however Rug Love:
1. Created an order for a similar rug (with my approval), which cost £10 more than the original, but they did not charge me this extra amount
2. Included a free anti-slip mat for the new rug
3. Issued me a 25% discount on my original order
4. Gave me a £30 gift card for my next order

Lovely web site, easy to navigate, accurate images. Wonderful selection of rugs - spoilt for choice! The one I ordered came last week. It's the Aurora Strata and it's simply gorgeous. I’ve seen some bad reviews about this company and I honestly can’t understand how! The rug is absolutely unbelievable, the pictures on the website don’t do it justice! I’m so so so Inlove.
The customer service was just as amazing as my rug. I was dealing with Robert and he was so helpful and polite. He couldn’t do enough for me! We need more people like rob working in customer service!!!
I don’t even need another rug but I want to buy one just because of my amazing experience!

I ordered a rug just after christmas and when it hadnt come contacted rug love my concern was delt with straight away and looked into it was down to bad weather we live in orkney and the courier couldnt get to us Robert got onto this straight away and said it would be out that same day and it was what a service its the first time ive shopped with rug love but it wont be the last exellent quality and great service when there is a problem well done Robert and rug love Diana

After reading so many 5 star reviews I was keen to purchase my rug from Rug Love, however I found the rug cheaper on sale on a different site, I completed the online price promise form and within minutes was emailed a discount to code to match the other retailer. I have never experienced this, usually retailers come up with any excuse to avoid price matching. I ordered my rug, was kept up to date with the delivery, which was fast and easy to track on the day. The rug is really high quality and has exceeded our expectations.

Delivery service an absolute shambles…
Delivery service an absolute shambles and it is impossible to get to speak to a human being at Rug Love. It's a case of computer says no. According to Rug Love our order has been delivered whereas only half of it has. Courier said we were carded, not so as our security cameras will prove.Arranged via courier to have it delivered on 6/1/25 for it not to arrive. Now their website says delivery on 8/1/25 as arranged which it was not.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused regarding the delivery issue. There seems to have been some confusion, as we emailed the address provided on your order over three hours ago to resolve this matter. Could you please check the email inbox that was provided on the order, I beleive it maybe your partner.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have already refunded the cost of the anti-slip item and dispatched a replacement today, in case the original has gone missing. Please check your email for details of the new order.
We promptly responded upon noticing your message on the chatbot. For future reference, you can also raise a support request via the chatbot, and we commit to responding within three hours.
I will follow up with you via email to ensure there is no further miscommunication.
For the benefit of our customers, we would like to provide clarity on the situation as it unfolded. This is our first negative review in four years. Unfortunately, the customer did not make any contact with us despite receiving six emails from us regarding their order being in transit and out for delivery. These emails allow customers to simply reply, and we promise a response within three hours.
The customer entered our chatbot but did not raise a support request, which meant we were not notified of the issue. This is the first time we have been made aware of any concerns. On 7th January, the customer typed a message into the chatbot. Upon noticing this, we immediately reached out and sent them an email within 15 minutes to offer assistance.
The customer had ordered a rug and an anti-slip underlay. These were dispatched together, with the underlay taped to the rug to ensure they arrived together. The rug was shipped on 30th December via a 24-hour next-day delivery service and arrived on 31st December.
We offer the rug at a competitive price of £124.99, compared to other retailers selling it for £208.99.
Unfortunately, during transit, the anti-slip underlay became detached from the rug. While this is a courier-related issue beyond our control, we always strive to resolve any problems promptly. Within 15 minutes of being made aware of the issue, we refunded the cost of the underlay and dispatched a replacement the same day, which arrived the following day. I am not sure we could have done anything more.
Given the competitive pricing, the prompt delivery of the actual rug, and the swift resolution of the anti-slip issue, we feel this service does not warrant a one-star review. It appears to be more a courier-related issue than a reflection of our service.
Regrettably, the customer left a review on Trustpilot 3 hours after we had sent three emails confirming the new order and replacement was on the way, which we feel is somewhat unfair and done more in spite than anything as the issue was resolved within 15 minutes and they had not responded to any of our emails.
That said, we acknowledge the importance of improving the process for future customers. While the customer did not manage to press the "Initiate Support" button in the chatbot, we will work to make this process even simpler moving forward
Unfortunately, some situations cannot please everyone no matter what you do which we feel is the case here. Some individuals leave negative reviews regardless, as evident from their other reviews.
We remain committed to providing the best service possible and remain committed to responding to all queries within 3 business hours.
To recap, we sold a rug at one of the best prices on the market and delivered it with next-day service. Unfortunately, the anti-slip detached during transit. Within 15 minutes of seeing the customer's message which was the first time we had been made aware of any issue, we dispatched a replacement the same day, which arrived the following day, and refunded the cost of the underlay as an apology - 3 hours later we receive a 1 star review.

What a lovely company to deal with. Our delivery had a problem finding our new build house and within minutes of the delivery failing, Robert had sent an email offering his help.
