Ruby Shoo Arvostelua 

The shipment isn’t complete, items are missing. Sent an email and no response. My next recourse will be to dispute the charges but really prefer to just receive the shoes!

I buy Ruby Shoo because I like the designs. It would be great if a wider fitting was available.

I love Ruby Shoos, this is far from my first pair. The quality is outstanding, the comfort is just lovely, I can do a whole day in these. I bought some and wore them for my wedding, but I’ve worn them many times since. I have more pairs in more colours and styles, and I wear them all. The heels are deceiving, they look higher than they are, which helps toward the all day wear, and they are beautiful. I’m obsessed.

Very good service, my shoes arrived on time and safely. However, whilst very pretty, they’re not great quality or very comfortable. I will still wear them but might not buy any more Ruby Shoos. I’m sorry 😔

First pair well presented and packaged. 2nd pair ordered not so good and not impressed.

I love Ruby Shoo products. I ordered a handbag but unfortunately the wrong one was sent but, the return was very straight forward and the correct one re-sent very quickly.

The heels are so comfy, really cushioned underfoot and nice and wide, I wish they were in a variety of colours...

I ordered shoes for an event, my first time ordering from Ruby Shoo. I ordered a week before because I had been struggling to find something so no it was admittedly last minute for me to be looking.
I was reassured by the 48hr tracked shipping. I ordered on a Saturday. On Monday I got notice the order had been shipped.
I used the royal mail number to track the item but the message was "we will not update this order until we attempt to deliver it"
By Thursday nothing had arrived. I emailed asking for an update and got no reply until Friday. I had already left for my event by this point. The email very simply Stated they could see the parcel arrived yesterday. But it definitely didn't arrive on the Thursday. I got no notification that it arrived either.
Perhaps royal mail is the bigger problem in this instance but ruby shoo customer service weren't particularly helpful.

Would not give a star but not an option.
Have purchased previously without any problems but this time my order has not arrived.
Received an e-mail on 02 March informing goods were on their way but still waiting.
Two unanswered e-mails and several unanswered calls to the phone number provided.
It’s a shame the customer service does not live up to the product.

It was a shame the matching bag was unavailable though because of the varying tones in the shoes matching accessories was quite easy.

I ordered a pair of boots. I was sent a pair that had clearly been worn before and the material had come un glued.

I sent photos and an email to customer service and a week in I still have had no reply. Its a shame as I love Ruby Shoo and have never had a problem before.

Purchasing was easy, love the shoes I picked (for my wedding) paid the price plus €30 del, which I was happy to do even though I thought it was a little high as other uk based shoe companies only charged me €8 however customs are holding them because no tax was included in price that I paid, which I was not aware of, still waiting on shoes from Irish customs! Not very impressed when I tried to contact you either. I just hope the shoes fit now after all this money being spent to get them here which is €10 off the cost of the shoes. A bit disappointed tbh!.

The shoes are divine, comfortable and so stylish they're quite the talking point. I loved my shoes so much I bought two more pairs!

Shoes fitted well. I’m a size 5 and that’s what I ordered. I don’t normally wear heels but needed a smart pair to go with a dress and these look and feel great. Very pleased with my purchase

Con 30 euro di spese di spedizione per una spedizione lunghissima mi aspettavo fosse tutto incluso e invece ho dovuto pagare ulteriori 30 euro di spese doganali.
Per poi scoprire che le scarpe, nonostante abbia preso il mio numero abituale, sono grandissime, larghe e lunghe almeno due numeri in più e non posso indossarle.
