Ruby Shoo Arvostelua

Shoes received very quickly, unfortunately my ‘usual’ size was too small.

Shoes came in a timely manner and informed when they would arrive. Glad I read the reviews and followed the advice and got a size up and they fit a treat. They are beautiful

Beautiful comfortable shoes, swiftly delivered. I love them❤️

Oh Ruby Shoo, how I love you. Come to Canada.

The new owners have horrible customer service, too. We received a polka-dot purse that wasn't quality controlled and sent out with polka-dots that weren't all round on the bottom half. We emailed and initially they responded. And then ghosted us. We called and no answer. We emailed much later to say we were disappointed with their customer service and the product. No reply. No we're sorry and we'll do what we can to make this right and earn back your trust. Such a shame.

Great experiance. unfortunatly had to return the beautiful shoes. Was refunded no hassle. Have worn ruby shoo shoes for years, so comfy and different, but since breaking my foot it wouldnt fit in the shoe. :(

Easy web site to use , excellent fast delivery. Will definitely order again

I am SO in love with these shoes. With Ruby Shoo, you find the shoe and build the outfit from there🥰
Easy process and fast shipping!

Another lovely pair of shoes, to add to my collection of Ruby Shoos. Prompt delivery. 1st time I have bought shoes online, but I knew they would as I havecseveral pairs.

Fabulous shoes that are comfortable too. Great price, good quality and arrived in time.

These boots are so comfortable I bought another pair in different colour,

Excellent fast service, great shoes, really comfortable and of course gorgeous.

Beautiful shoes, fast and careful delivery. They're comfy too! I would highly recommend.

Very quick and efficient service and delivery. Gorgeous shoes and very comfortable indeed. They make you feel glorious! I have several pairs now and love them all!💕

Relatively fast delivery for a non EU shipping and happy that the Dutch shipping counterpart was Post NL. Customs was handled perfectly, the only thing for me to do in this matter was to pay the Customs fee. Everything else was taken care of by Post NL.
No more hesitation for me to order with Ruby Shoo in the UK, should the desired products not be available on the Dutch market anymore. As for the ordered Ruby Shoo products, super happy with them and the to me already known splendid quality and finish.

On time delivery, parcel well wrapped and of course the boots are glorious. Beautiful colour and texture, perfect for an early autumn wedding. I’m a size 5 but always go up a size with Ruby’s as my feet are wider than average.

I have tried many different brands of shoes for my wedding including irregular shoes but none were comfortable or the right size that I have.
I bought Peyton Ruby shoe white and silver and yes they fit! I had a Cinderella moment. So comfortable and true to size ,unlike the others I have tried. Thankyou so so much for Ruby shoo to find my perfect pair ❤️

Bought a pair of the electra for my wedding, they are beautiful! Way nicer in person than online, really comfortable and I love the heel position! The detail in them is absolutely stunning! Couldn’t recommend highly enough, really fast delivery and great communication from purchase to delivery, arrived packaged well in a beautiful box

Easy ordering, great shoes, went back online to buy the matching bag to go with them.
