Ruby Shoo Arvostelua

Love my Chrissie shoes

The website was easy, the ordering and delivery etc was all good, it would be 5 stars as the shoes are the most stunning brogues I’ve ever seen, but they are extremely tight, I have normal size 5 feet in every brand and style, and my feet look like overstuffed sausages when I managed to get them on, painfully tight, will be trying a chunky R/S loafer instead 🥰

Beautiful shoes. Comfy too, even with going for heels higher than my normal. Easy straight forward delivery.

Fabulous shoes! I’ve bought 40 pairs over the last few years and love them , they always deliver promptly and design different heels for all tastes.

I have a couple of pairs of Ruby Shoo
shoes a beautiful black sequin pair and a lovely green pair
They're stylish and comfortable. I've had compliments made about them
Great service, quick delivery

I own 39 pair of Ruby Shoos. I bought my first pair while living in the UK when my husband was in the military I became addicted. They are very comfortable and I continually receive compliments about their uniqueness and how beautiful they are. I love that I can match whatever I’m wearing to such a great pair of shoes I own heels I own flats I own boots. I love them all I see complaints about shipping times and customer support but I wonder if these people really know that this is not a big corporation. It’s a Mom and pop shop and sometimes probably will take a little bit longer. I’ve always been satisfied with the reasonable amount of time that any email traffic is responded to me. My favorite two days of the year is when the spring summer collection comes out and when the fall winter collection comes out, I look forward to seeing new exciting colors and designs. Thank you Ruby Shoo for making such amazing products.

My new Valerie's arrived today and all I can say is wow! The wait was worth it. They are perfect, and believe me. I scrutinised them very closely. I also purchased the matching bag and that too, is perfect. Now to get saving to but the next pair in my wish list!

I've been buying and wearing Ruby Shoos for many years and love them. Lots of different designs and heel heights and so comfortable!

Good company to deal with, and gorgeous shoes! 😍
I have always loved Ruby shoes, and always get lovely compliments when I wear them. I have several pairs. Beautifully made, and comfortable to wear.

I bought some wonderful festive shoes from the company Rubyshoo. The website had a huge selection of shoes, the quality was incredible, and the manager was so attentive to me, helped me with the size and picked up an evening bag to match my pair of shoes. I feel like a queen in these shoes.

I adore Ruby shoo!
I’ve purchased a few pairs of Ruby shoos (with matching bags) they were absolutely wonderful and beautifully made, I wore Ruby shoo boots for my wedding and they were incredibly comfortable, I’ve had a couple of interactions with debs about questions and queries and she’s been amazing at answering my queries, thank you again

Lovely shoes, great quality and fit! And matching bags what more could you ask for!

I’ve written a genuine review for the UK based company called Ruby Shoo. However the weblink at the top of the review page on Trustpilot does NOT take the user to their actual website …. so please be aware of any scam site. (Won’t allow me to post a legitimate link)
Shoo-a-hollic! Proud owner of 22 pairs and collection still growing. Great original feminine shoes which always get great attention and compliments when out and about. The prettiest shoes I’ve found which can stay on my feet all day with comfort. Vast shoe hoarder, but these don’t break the budget like other designer / independent styles. Great fit with guaranteed quality. My shoe go-to n

Every time I have ordered from ruby shoo the service has been fab. Quick delivery and the shoes are amazing! Already looking for my next pair!

Was recommend this website by a friend as i wanted to get some shoes that were a bit different for my wedding. my feet are difficult as I'm wide fit, i got some, they were fabulous, but they were tiny, they weren't even the size they should be (I'm a size 5, I got a size 6, which would normally fit, they didn't, could even get my feet in), i sent them back, waited about 10 days after returning and I had no response from them, checked the tracking, It had been delivered. I emailed twice, still nothing. I have since emailed 5 times more. Still nothing. I have called thenumber on the website
07951 568 500 multiple times, left multiple messages asking for them to call me back by the names listed on the company name who are:
BELLE DIVINO LTD
Company number 06366819
Matthew BAKER
Deborah Suzanne SWANWICK BAKER
No response as yet.

They have stolen my money

EDIT: After spamming their Facebook page with this same message they finally responded to my email. very rude and blude and advised they were refunding me. They have also blocked me from the Facebook page.....no loss their in the slightest.

First pair arrived damaged. Once the company was aware they sent out a replacement immediately, even before I'd returned the first ones. Beautiful shoes and quickly resolved the issue with no quibbles.

The shoes were beautiful but unforunteky too large for kme. I asked for a return label which i recieved no issue. When i posted back i followed up with an email letting them know and requested confirmation of their arrival. I have since sent 3 more emails asking for the refund to be applied and no-one has got back to me! Not sure what on earth is going on! The shoes were beautiful and the customer service initially good until i needed a refund! I am still awaiting correspondence!

I still haven’t received my shoes almost 2 weeks after ordering. I won’t be able to wear them to the event I ordered them for. Far too long for delivery.

Having built up a collection of over 20 pairs of shoes, boots & matching bags I show no sign of slowing down! Live and breathe Ruby Shoo
