Ruby Shoo Arvostelua

Very poor customer service. I ordered the wrong size and despite repeated attempts to contact customer services, no response. I'm now stuck with shoes I cannot wear.

Edit: after seeing my review on here did the owner get in touch and finally refund me after the return.
Then has since emailed asking for the review to be changed.
My advice to any others in the same predicament would be to leave a bad review. She’ll be in touch after that.

Original: Lovely product, arrived in good Time. Customer service is none existent, have emailed 3 times and text several times and no reply. Now I’m stuck with several sizes of the same shoes!

Lovely shoes especially as I have wide fitting feet! Also ordered more than one pair to try with an outfit for a wedding and was able to return the ones that didn’t go free of charge which was great

I ordered a clutch and some size 4 shoes. They are absolutely beautiful, but the shoes were too small. I immediately ordered the 5s, and set about returning the 4s. I had a problem with the returns portal, and contacted customer services via two different email addresses, phone and Facebook messenger, but received no reponse. In the end, I paid for the return to be couriered, as we were approaching the 30 day deadline. It's now being over a week since then, and despite another email and FB message, I've not received a refund or heard anything. It's like the brand are ghosting me! But I returned the 4s in good faith and made every effort to speak to someone. The 5s and the clutch I have are stunning and I am keeping them, so it's only the non-existent customer service/lack of refund that's preventing a good review, which is a real shame.

Lovely comfortable shoes, bought for my daughter's wedding with a matching handbag

Bag matches my shoes, easy to clean.

Great quality, comfortable shoes, and quick delivery.

Beautiful shoes with uniqueness. Great customer service too.

Quick delivery, of cute comfy shoes! Can’t do better than that

I love them !!! These shoes are very beautiful heels AND comfortable and don’t budge. It was very hard to choose only one pair but I have no regrets.

Excellent service. Shoes fit perfect.

Beautiful shoes, lovely fit.

Arrived promptly. Good quality. The fit is a little tight for me but I am hoping they stretch a little as the next size would probably be too big.

Excellant quality matching shoes and handbag. Fast delivery.

Amazing shoes and service, sooooo comfy and stylish

Fantastic service, absolutely GORGEOUS Shoes! Can’t recommend enough, Deborah and Bernadette so helpful in answering any queries and very prompt service . Thank you

Such pretty shoes, but so comfortable! I will definitely be buying more!
