Decisamente delusa
Decisamente delusa.

I ordered the Arkansas PE / PVC Premium - 250 LED Lights - 210 cm. Estimated delivery time about a week, from The Netherlands to Spain. After a week, there was no shipping info available, so on a Sunday evening I sent a message to Royal Christmas, not expecting a reply until the next day. To my surprise I got a response within the hour and it seemed that my delivery address was too long for the courier to put into their system, so they didn´t process the delivery. I gave the contact at RC a new delivery address and got the tree that same week. Awesome service and properly solved. As for the tree, absolutely lovin´ it.

Great seller
