Excellent service, came on exact location and exact time when picking up the car and dropping it back.

They even called me half an hour before to confirm everything.

Collection at Heathrow T5 was ok. But on return, it took an hour and 20 minutes to get the car back. We were told so many excuses- we’re 10 minutes away….. we’re stuck in traffic…. we’re just around the corner etc. Both the driver and whoever answered the phone (in the office) were rude, unapologetic and blatantly lied about how long it would take to get the car back. After a 9 hour flight, and with a 6 hour drive home, this was really disappointing. Stay away from this company, pay a bit more for a better service.

Drop off went ok, but collection disappointing. Having contacted after collecting our luggage I was told they couldn't find our booking - it was even suggested I had returned on the wrong day! After being left on hold for ages our booking was eventually found, the guy who took the car at drop off put the wrong month down for collection. it then took about an hour or so to receive our car - not what I call a Meet & Greet service. I would also expect a grovelling apology and perhaps as a goodwill gesture they would pay the exit fee, but the driver couldn't really have cared less.

We were able to book a 3am drop off only to be told that they don't actually open until 4am. Why were we allowed to book for 3am??? We were told to call a number when we were 30 minutes from the airport. After my wife and I tried several times to call they turned off the phone so we had no way to contact them. Eventually after sitting in the airport drop off for 30 minutes we got a call and after a further 30 minutes the car was collected. The final kick in the teeth was the £18.50 parking charge for the time it took for them to respond. Nowhere on the booking sites does it disclose that this is the customers responsibility. The staff give lip service that the car will be with you in 10 minutes which is just repeated until they feel like pulling their fingers out.

Good and on time for collection but took 1:15hrs to collect.

This company and its sister company Maple car parking, they are number 1 cheats don’t book with them. I was told that there will be no extra charges for except what I paid for booking at terminal 3 meet and greet but when I met the person who came to collect the car said I have to pay the parking charges which turned out to be £11.50 because he took half an hr additional to come pick up my car. Then when I arrived back I phone the person to bring my car as per instruction and he took 50 min and car came back filthy with dirt and grime and ketchup packet opened on the floor stuck to carpet mat. He was rude as anything when I confronted him and also he said come to drop off to pick up car instead of car park 3 short stay level 4 as they mentioned on email with instructions. We wait 40 minutes at level 4 then additional 10 min at drop off. I would recommend to avoid the online booking website as well where I booked compareairportdeal.co.uk as I tried to call the number they had contacted me 30 seconds into while I was searching to book. The number was disconnected, the complaints email address was bogus as the email sent to email address info at compareairportdeals dot co dot uk kept bouncing back to not delivered as domain name system DNS reported that recipient’s domain does not exist then I rang the number on Rose car Parking and the person with broken English said I can’t help you as I can’t find your booking

The staff on the phone were very helpful when I got lost going round in circles at the T3 car park and sent someone to find me.
They were prompt when I arrived back at T3, I only waited for about 10 minutes for them to arrive

Great service. Picked the car up as they mentioned.

However, on the collection date I accidentally put the wrong time in. I apologised. They acknowledged the mistake. They sent the cars earlier.

My only feedback would be to answer the call. We had this problem when we went to drop the cars off at hetahrow. We couldn't get through.

Will Never use again!
Pickup was ok, nothing was checked at the car, he just took the keys and drove off. The return was terrible, they asked to be given 30 minutes notice which we gave but the car did not arrive for over an hour.
We called several times as we had an injured party, some time the call would not be answered, and others we were blatenetly lied being told "the car was entering the car park"

When booking there was no mention that we would have to pay additional car parking fees of £15. £7.50 for each of the drop off and return.

Overall a good experience.
Timings worked out well. Car was collected and dropped back on time.
Next time I'll remember to factor in two sets of parking charges that I hadn't taken into consideration.

I have just parked a London Heathrow with Rose parking. Do not believe them when they say they will meet you in 30 minutes. I waited nearly an hour on arrival and over half an hour on departure. This is an amateur operation, understaffed and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

When we received our suitcases we called immediately, they called back 10 mins later saying our car wasn’t booked to be collected which it was! We waited for over an hour… no apology just that they are busy…. This is not a meet and great service. Don’t book with these.

Stunning service got from these guys . They were on time for picking and dropping the car . Car was in same condition it was before . Most recommended company for best meet n greet heathrow .

I had read the reviews about this company and noted the poor reviews. However, I decided to speak to them before making the booking for 2 cars to discuss wait times when collecting the cars, as we had 2 infants with us, I was assured that the poor reviews were only those with bad experiences, never good ones. It was also explained that as they were approximately only 4 miles away from T5 that the wait time would not be long at all and flights etc. are monitored to ensure staff are available for a prompt service. It sounded like a fair explanation so decided to book with them. Sadly, that was a big mistake as on arrival we followed correct instructions and called them once luggage was collected, however, we were advised to wait in the terminal as our drivers would be delivering the cars in approximately 45 minutes! When asking the drivers why the delay, they just said they didn't know as they are only the drivers - fair enough I guess. This was not the service I had been promised and distressed the infants we were travelling with. On hindsight, I would have paid a little more to ensure that the wait time promised on drop off and collection met with the guarantee provided. I would be reluctant to book with this company again.

Please Do Not Use - No Duty of Care for your car
I strongly encourage you to NOT use Rose Parking, or any other name that they may trade under.
They will mistreat your car, and if/when a damage is caused they will avoid taking responsibility.
My car was returned to me with damage to the car's wing mirror. Up to now, they have not investigated or tried to compensate me.
I booked Meet and Greet with Rose Parking. They were prompt with picking up the car from me. The driver took pictures of the car and observed that there were no damages.
When I returned after my trip, the driver turned up with my car. The glass in passenger side wing mirror was missing. It appeared that it had been stolen. The wires are cut and dangling.
I expected that the driver would explain that something had happened to my car. He handed me the key and said nothing. When I asked him what happened to the wing mirror, he looked perplexed and asked if the car was not like this. This told me that they did not actually look after the car when it was in their possession. While the driver was there, I called their office. They explained that I should take a picture and email it across so that they can investigate by checking their videos. I did so and I got the driver to do the same. While loading my luggage, the driver disappeared.
After sending the evidence to the company's email address, they did not response for many days even though I followed up with phone calls. The person on the other side of the phone stated that they just work in the company and they have no dealings with any investigation. When I finally got email response for the supposed manager, they asked why I had not taken a picture when I dropped the car, they also asked that I should pay them in order for them to investigate the matter.
Rose Parking will NOT take care of your vehicle. They will neglect it or worse damage it and then ignore you as a paying customer.
Please pay the extra amount for a Park and Drive option.

Polite, efficient, probably the best Heathrow meet and greet we’ve used.

Despite giving them 25 minutes notice as recommended we had to wait nearly an hour before they picked up our car. No apologies. On return I explained my husband was disabled and we needed picking up from the disabled bay, again a lot later than promised and the took it to the parking valet lot. My husband then had to make his way across to it whilst I struggled with the bags. Again no apology. Won’t be using them again. The sides of the car were covered in mud

We tried to cancel booking as our car broken down but no one wanted to speak to us. No reply to phone calls, WhatsApp or email. disappointed
