DO NOT USE !!!! 2 hr wait for car. Only parked 3 miles away Blamed traffic. Guess what. No traffic when I left airport. How strange. Every time I rang they said 15 mins Well I think that’s what they said as English language was very very very poor Be surprised if they even held a licence

I had a great experience using this parking facility. The location was easy to find, and there was plenty of space available even during peak hours. The area was clean, well-lit, and felt safe, which gave me peace of mind leaving my car there. The entry and exit process was smooth and efficient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable for the location, and I’d definitely use this parking spot again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Rose Parking at Heathrow! They were punctual and provided excellent service. I accidentally booked the wrong return date, but they were still able to get my car back to me quickly. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend them!

I used Rose meet and greet heathrow parking service. Car collection was ontime and handover of car was ontime and polite driver who took care of the car. My flight landed late but still the team was very helpful in handing over my car. I am using them again and rebook for my next trip. Had a good experience and will highly recommend Rose parking service.

Terrible! DO NOT USE.
Given phone number to use half an hour before arrival. Number not in use, discontinued.
No one at parking area.
Had to rebook parking elsewhere. Nightmare as time was running out to catch plane on time.
JUST DON’T BE TEMPTED TO BOOK NOT WORTH IT!

Unfortunately there isn’t a minus stars option, I had my car handed back to me with huge scuffs on my alloys with fresh yellow paint which was also present on the tire. Then when calling to address the issue they try pulling wool over my eyes saying the damage was there before. They told me over the phone that they had their own images of my car after I had dropped it off to them, which they later denied, saying it was my responsibility to take my own photos. I have politely messaged them multiple times trying to discuss the issue, however they reply to me in broken English that does not make sense. The replies also come across very rude. Now they have completely stopped replying and don’t answer any phone calls even in their working hours.

This company uses compareairportdeal to cover their tracks and fob you off to a non existent company
I tried to cancel my booking and rose parking referred me back to the above mentioned.There was only an email which was non responsive.
If you want to take a chance and save a few quid then go for it. I wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole.

Absolutely disappointed! Waited over an hour for the car. They kept telling me it was only a few minutes whilst the whole time the driver was right next to us taking details of another car at the airport where we were waiting for my car to arrive. They only have one driver! 8718Very unprofessional. Never using them and would never recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Took them up until 5 mins before arriving to Heathrow to answer their phone to let us know where to park. After arriving back from our holiday, they had used half a tank of petrol and added 50 miles to the cars mileage. No one to complain to

Great price and excellent service! At first I was skeptical because the price was more than 50% cheaper than the other parking meet and greet service I usually utilize. However I’m here to tell you that the service was excellent. The instructions were very clear and once I was 30 minutes from LHR I called the number indicated on the instructions. The driver met me at short term parking on level 4 of my terminal. The exchange was quick and easy and I paid the £7 vehicle exit ticket and the driver departed. Upon returning I flew in to a different terminal at LHR. I called the number as instructed after I collected my luggage. The driver met me at short-term parking of my arrival terminal awaited for about 20 minutes the exchange was easy I paid the £7 exit ticket and my family and I departed. My total price for just over 3 weeks was over £300 cheaper than the usual company I use. I will definitely use Rose Parking in my future travels!
