A SCAM BUSINESS! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I literally just filed a PCN appeal for supposedly parked "at Hilton Heathrow T5 on 10th October 24! ***ALL AWHILE*** I was in Shang Hai at the said time where my vehicle and its key were in possession of Rose Parking Ltd as I had Meeting and Greet with this SCAM BUSINESS!

The fact that I had handed my vehicle and key over to them on the afternoon of 9th October and departed on an early evening flight the same day, but mysteriously on 10th Oct my car appeared at Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5 at 17:34:13 to 10:47:23 - PCN issued by SMART PARKING Ltd date Issued 19/12/2024, PCN number TC85954--- AMOUNT OUTSTANDING: £100 !

You can imagine how not amused I was when I received the PCN!!!

How dare this SCAM BUSINESS ALLOWED TO OPERATE IN THIS WAY BEGGARS BELIEFE!!!
Take it down before they scam any more customer in this way! AVOID EVERYONE! Before you been coned in the same way and having to explain and proof to a PCN company! It's a total betrayal of trust and deceit! So very disappointed!

I recently used a long-stay parking service from this company at Heathrow and had a fantastic experience. The process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Karan Singh, who provided exceptional assistance. He guided me through the process and made travel experience much easier. Highly recommend this service!

Terrible customer service. We were slightly late arriving to Heathrow. We communicated throughout as to where we were. We called them when 40 mins away and 20 mins away and 5 mins away and they still arrived 25 minutes late. When we called when 5 mins away, the individual on the phone was extremely rude and patronising. After finally arriving 25 mins late (which made out check-in process extremely stressful), there was no apology, nor was there any receipt or confirmation of collection of vehicle. Upon return, they did arrive within 5 mins of when they said they would, but the car has come back extremely filthy on the outside. Also the inside is slightly muddy (can live with this) but whoever drove this car has managed to scratch the top of the leather steering wheel with their nail. We asked where the car has been kept and he said “at the yard”. So now we have to spend more money getting the car cleaned. We will never use this company again, and lesson learnt - that it is better to pay £30-£40 extra and have peace of mind, rather than using cheap operators who are unprofessional and unreliable.

Had a great experience with Roseparking. We’re waiting for us at drop off and only waited a short time for returning vehicle. Would use again!

The worst company ever ! We an early flight so we booked the meet & greet for 3:30 online but the guy declined to come before 4:30 & was very rude & hanged up the phone . we were about to miss the flight .if you are not open at the required time you should have not allowed the booking . On our return we had to wait a long time for our car to arrive & had to pay for the parking

Highly recommended this company. It was my first time to use this parking and it didn't let me down. Price is so much cheaper compare to others. Car will be ready as soon as you ring them half an hour before collection. Very friendly staff

We'd never used a parking service like this before and it was our first time flying with our young family.

We were recommended Rose Parking by a friend of ours and I initially had some questions which were answered very quickly online.

Once booked the instructions were very clear, the driver collecting our car arrived very soon after we did (we arrived slightly earlier than planned due to good traffic) and upon our return our car was back with us around 25 minutes after we called the driver to tell him we'd landed.

Very smooth experience and would not hesitate to use these guys again.

Obviousy judging from all the comments this company has quite a chequered history. We phoned half an hour before arriving at Heahrow only to be told they had no knowledge of our booking. We arrived at Heathrow, no one there. Fortunately a kind Sikh security guard put us in touch with another Meet and Greet co. at a cost of £285!But what do you do - we were stranded! I am still trying to get a refund

Our experience was very disappointing due to the following reasons:
1) We used a 3rd Party SmartParkingDeals which was smooth. On our way to the airport we called 30 minutes before arrival only to be told that Rose Parking had no knowledge of our booking. The man on the phone was quite rude and told us to send evidence of the booking to a WhatsApp account. We then had to wait 15 minutes while they sorted out the booking. Of course, no one took an responsibility as we were getting closer to the airport not knowing if we had a booking or not (even though we had already paid).
2) We then had to wait 30 minutes after arriving at the airport (at this point it was at least an hour since we first contacted them. A shuttle bus would have been quicker. The driver that picked up the car told us to call the number given as soon as we landed back into Heathrow upon our return.
3) The car was then taken to be parked (in Slough on Poyle Road) and somehow used 10% of the charge on the battery on a car that does about 280 miles to a full charge, with an already warm battery. The distance is under 4 miles from Terminal 5.
4) Upon our return, we called the given number and was told to call again after we had retrieved our luggage. We had no luggage to reclaim, but he insisted he wouldn't send anyone until we were past baggage reclaim. So we called again after immigration (10 minutes) and baggage reclaim (0 minutes) but the line was busy. It took 4 calls to get through to them and they told us to go to the Level 4, Short Stay Terminal 5 and someone would bring our car in 30 minutes. It takes 5 minutes to reach the location, so the shortest we have to wait would be 25 minutes.
5) After the 30 minutes there was still no car. We checked on the car App and it hadn't moved. We called again and the chap said that it was on its way. We told him it certainly wasn't and he questioned the App (don't these people know we can track where the car is these days?).
6) The car finally arrived 45 minutes after we called from outside Baggage Reclaim, and a lot longer than when we called when we landed. The person driving obviously had no idea how to drive and Electric Automatic vehicle, he nearly hit one of the bollards when stopping the car. He alighted the car, almost threw the keys at me and ran. He did not want a conversation or give us time to check the vehicle.

Lesson learnt:
- Ask for evidence of insurance for both the driving and storing of the vehicle before using a service like this.
- Don't expect that you will save time and stress compared to parking your own vehicle and taking a shuttle.
- Don't expect that the staff who drive your car are capable of doing so.
- Ask where the car will be stored so you know how far away it will be from the airport. If they can't/won't tell you, there is reason for this.

We were left with the feeling that this company do not have dedicated and qualified drivers. The person who answered the phone was just plain rude. More fool us for going with the service, but never again!
Update:received reply saying we weren't booked with them! Ha! They picked up the car, dropped it off 8 days later and took our money! How can they say we weren't booked with them? Unbelievable!

Very good service, car delivered and picked up very quickly. The driver Karan dropping off the car was very polite, thank you.

The experience of meet and greet parking was better than expected, not knowing how it would go when you have a flight to catch. The price was competitive, and the whole experience went smoothly. A member from the company contacted us whilst we were on our way and reassured us that he would be there to meet us. On return a member contacted us as soon as the plane landed, and once contacting them again after collecting the bags and making our way to the meeting place there was someone there with our vehicle. Thank you guys

Lots of communication pre arrival and pre departure. Car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Staff I spoke to were very polite. I would use them again if the price was competitive. The car was only driven a few miles off airport.

Everything with the car was great. The car was kept securely and was not driven more than it should be (to and from the car park). However, upon departure the driver was around 30 mins late and on arrival was around 45 minutes late.

Communication was good, however the guy communicating with me became rude and irate when I asked why it was so late.

A few minor adjustments and this would have been a 5* experience.

I would definitely use them again.
