Oh my words
Oh my words. Where do I start. This parking scammers did me dirty. So unprofessional, rude on the phone and they cut my calls several times I called them to update them on my itinerary details. They dint come to pick my car on time that I almost missed my flight. On return a week later they brought the car after about an hour and parked it where i had to pay 20 pounds on exit.
They stressed me a lot and I urge everyone trying to use this company to avoid it at all cost. They don’t deserve to provide this service. Actually they shouldn’t be allowed into the Heathrow premises because they are shambolic and always stressing customers who would have trusted them with their cars.
Actually, i almost forgot. The front 2 mats were missing on return of my car. I only realised it when i was almost home.
Never ever use this again. It took me months to post this and i will continue reviewing on them until they get their act right.

Don’t go anywhere near this company without reading other reviews. Check out Google reviews. When the driver arrived he handed over the key and was gone before I had time to blink. On seeing the passenger side of my car it was covered in some sort of white dust. They had clearly tried to wash it but that was an awful job too. We contacted them immediately and got an auto reply. Driving home I used my wipers as the screen seemed dirty. On checking better in daylight it looks like the car is covered in off spray. I have already spent an hour just on the windscreen trying to clean it. Please save yourself the grief and use someone else. We gave them chance to get the car polished or a refund and no reply.

Please note that I have never had such awful and rude customer service than the one I have had with this company in the last 2 days.
I booked my car slot for 7am and live 1.5hours away - I called the mobile Number requested 30mins before arrival to say I’ll be there at 6:45am.
I was told the driver will be there at 7am as that’s the time I booked - I have NEVER had this problem before and I book parking regularly at Heathrow.
I waited until 7:25am, after making 5 phone calls to check where the driver was. The gentleman on the end of the phone was rude and hung up on me twice and when the driver did arrive, he didn’t say Hello, or talk to me, he just took my key, gave me back my car entry ticket and told me I had to pay for the car park ticket which cost me £11.25 as he was late!
On my return the next day, I rang when I landed and the gentleman on the phone said to me my car will be 30 mins. I asked if it could be earlier as I had no luggage to collect. I was told that my car was 30 mins away so it couldn’t be earlier - I checked the location of my car on the app and it was only 12 mins away.
Again when the driver turned up, he didn’t say hello, just gave me my key and ticket and told me to go pay!
Just so you know, all other providers take photos, thoroughly check the car, greet me politely, ask about my return flight, have the car ready 5mins before I arrive, pay the entry ticket etc…
They really should up their game- the service is awful and I want to make sure other passengers know how bad they are!

The controller shouted at us when we called to say we were 10 minutes early and on the way back he was still rude and we booked to return at 2pm and hes shouting saying we have to wait 45 minutes.

Exceptional service with attention to detail
There were two highlights to our experience with Rose parking that made it exceptionally good.
We had an overhead box on one of the cars and only realised when reaching the airport that car can’t go in the parking. The team suggested to park the car at drop off and provided a prompt solution, they were prompt to arrive at the changed location too.
When coming back, our flight got rescheduled and we landed 3 hours later. As soon as I called to explain, the team promptly arranged for the drop off of the cars when we finished the baggage pickup. All the time, the team kept us updated and changed the plans to mitigate the challenges as they came

Awful experience
This company is extremely unprofessional. They dropped me my car and quickly disappeared. Once I got in to the car I noticed my side mirror was broken. When I called and someone finally answered they said it fell off which was not the case. I would not use this company again.

Great service. The collection was prompt and the return was approx 20/25mins from me calling which was great as many companies can be upto an hour at busy times. I have booked a couple of times already and will definitely book again. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Nice easy process. Called 30 minutes from Heathrow and Romeo was waiting for us when we arrived at the car park. On our return the car arrived shortly after reaching the car park - nice, smooth experience.
Their customer service is poor and lacks professionalism
Their customer service is terrible. I called to extend my service by a few days, and they tried to charge me £25 per day. While I was abroad, I attempted to contact them, but they hung up on me and claimed they were closed—despite advertising 24/7 support. They were completely unhelpful. Avoid this company

They returned my car with visible damages. When I pointed this out to the driver, he told me to email their office with photos and then quickly left the scene. I sent a detailed email with all the evidence but received no response. Since then, I have tried to contact them multiple times and every time I am told to “send an email,” which they consistently ignore.
This behaviour is dishonest and evasive. I believe this company is running a scam and I am now preparing to take legal action.
Police apprehended the driver and delivered my car
Last night I sent a complaint against this company for unacceptable service, as the wait time to deliver my car upon return was 45 minutes.
Minutes after sending that message, things got much worse. The police telephoned me to say that the driver delivering my car was driving "like a madman" without lights on at 10:00 at night, tailgating, and texting. They apprehended him and delivered my car safely to me. The police report number for this incident is 8203/280725. The incident took place on 29 July 2025 at about 22:00.
Rose Parking, operating in this instance under the name Park Point Meet and Greet, is clearly a disreputable company and Compare Your Parking should not be offering their services.
There is no website for this company and no email address. I have demanded a full refund of the £56.39 I paid for the service, plus the £6.00 airport drop-off charge to APCOA (payment ref 30030508) which I was required to pay last night.
Very poor company
From taking more than 40 minutes to arrive to collect the car and giving me no receipt of any kind, they made things much worse when on our return I rang them to advise we had arrived at Terminal 5 and after repeatedly advising terminal 5, they turned up at terminal 2. I asked them to send the driver and car to us but they said the drivers didnt carry money so could not buy a parking ticket. This forced the 4 of us travelling to catch a train to terminal 2 and eventually collecting the car more than 1.5 hours later. In addition, the delays increased the parking charges which I don't expect I will get back. Their staff on the phone spoke very poor Enghlish and did not understand very easy instructions. A very bad experience and I would not recommend this outfit to anyone. They are very unprofessional and have no empathy whatsoever.
