Do not use. Car damaged badly down one side and the driver ran off. Company no refusing to engage…

Do not use. Return my car which had been keyed down one side several times (full length). Delivery guy left immediately after giving keys tried to call them to show the issue and they have refused to engage in any conversation. Looks like they dump the car anywhere for this to have happened

rose Parking didnt turn up, put the phone down on me 3 times whilst I was at meet & greet in Heathrow short stay. Cost me £300 to get another company to collect my car as I needed to check in.

Absolute joke.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE from start to finish. On the way out, even though we gave plenty of notice, they arrived nearly an hour after we did. We almost missed our flight and had to pay extra for the short-stay car park while waiting.

On the return, they took another hour to bring the car back. Each time we called, they said “10 minutes,” but it was nothing of the sort – just constant delays.

We even emailed them afterwards to give them the opportunity to apologise, but after two weeks, we are still waiting for any response. To make matters worse, if you check their website today, it shows a “Service Suspension Notice” – their services have been suspended due to non-payment of IT service charges.

Completely unreliable, unprofessional, and stressful. Avoid at all costs.

They were the cheapest option and you pay for the sh*tty service you get.
The drop off wasn't too bad, waited only 15 min (still, after we called them 30 min in advance)
But the pick up... OMG! We called when we landed (bags, passports, walks from the gate...) and yet had to wait for an hour!!
The guybwho barely speaks English kept telling us "10 min" every time.we called.
Where the hell did they park the car that it took them an hour to bring it back?! At thier sister's back yard?!
But... If. You go cheap (like I did) you pay for it.
Never again!

Car will be parked on some random London side street.

If you do book / too late to cancel. Ring WELL in advance because they will be late to collect, they will be late to drop off (1hr 30 after calling, leaving us waiting into the early hours of the morning)

Car was then used to run errands at their own leisure (whilst we were waiting). They stated the m25 was closed, Which it wasn’t.

Very rude and blunt “customer service” and speak limited English which doesn’t help the situation.

Definitely worth paying extra for Heathrow parking directly through the airport.

Unprofessional, tardy, rude and unapologetic. Considering a meet and greet services purpose is to remove an element of stress from travelling, Rose Parking turned out to be our biggest concern.

Absolutely shocking service. Although I can't really comment on the actual "service" as no-one turned up to meet us!
We followed the process and called the number provided when en route to the airport. No answer. Called again at the airport - no answer. A further 20+ calls, all unanswered. We were forced to leave the car with another provider at the airport car park, which cost 4 times more than had we booked in advance! We would have missed our flight otherwise.

3 months on, serveral more calls and emails and they still havent reposnded to me! I now plan to take this to Trading Standards.

I should have read the reviews before booking with this company . Just been told our car will take 55 mins to arrive and he put the phone down. Delays with BA baggage meant we were delayed coming out and all they said in an aggressive tone you are late and said car would be here in 55 mins and he put the phone down. No customer service or apology for the delay. I will not be using this company again

Do not use, car came back damaged and company unwilling to speak to us or give us any details. Police now involved. Stay away at all costs

Had an efficient turnaround . Very responsive to request and good after sales service too . Will book again !

Horrendous parking service - DO NOT USE!!
The operator was extremely rude and will cut you off when you are ringing for an update to the whereabouts of your car.
They took 50 minutes to arrive after calling on our departure and over 1hr after calling on our return

Attention this is SCAM AND DODGY! They never come to collect your car, They keep saying 25 minutes and then you calling back they say another 15 minutes then you missed the flight and losing 2k , I have to book with another car park company at terminal 5 Heathrow they had the reception and reliable, But this one no even there present at the airport , I reported to Heathrow and my bank and police and trading standards still they haven’t refunded me.

Only words to describe this people are scam and fraud. Avoid at all costs !!! do not use them you will regret so much!!! Cheap price for a reason easy money for them and do not provide the service. You will just end up missing your flight still waiting for them.

Awful company - avoid at all costs. Controller shouted at me when we were running behind schedule on a very early flight out of LHR 6am, said we’d have to wait for them to get there to collect the car. Waited for an hour and a looking guy came to collect the car. On return from our trip I called and spoke to the same charmer! Who told us we had to wait 45 mins. Defeats the object of meet and greet parking really. To add insult to injury the cheeky delivery driver preset bbc Asian radio into my car radio.
I’ll Never use them again, stick with the airport parking companies as at least you have some comeback if anything goes wrong.

Perfectly good experience. Making changes to my booking was easy at the last minute, and drop-off and collection was as expected. Considerably cheaper than airport options or a taxi. Would use again.
