Don't trust this company to look after you vehicle
Booked this company for a meet and greet at Heathrow and couldn't belive the ordasity of thos company, you pay them to look after your vehicle in a safe location.... no just park it up the public road. Luckily I have GPS in my vehicle so I knew where it was. But then no communication when phoning and sending emails, once you di get an answer on the only number for the company they are the drivers not the management.
When I did call to get my vehicle (meant to call 30 mins) I had to wait over an hour for them to show up with the vehicle..

Heathrow Meet & Greet - Allowing Fraudulent companies RoseParking to operate from their website
Heathrow Meet & Greet - Booked through the official Heathrow Meet & Greet Web site for 18 days parking service when flying from Heathrow Airport. Several people had to wait more than 2 hours for their vehicles at the terminal on return. One couple with a tiny baby. My first call was 7.46 then 7.50 with zero reply, at 8.09 I got a watsapp message that they were unavailable and would respond as soon as possible. I sent messages and continued calling14 more times, with no further answering of the call till 10.01. I then phoned from a different number another 9 times and got 3 replies that it would be with me in 40 then 30/traffic hold up indefinite minutes which never materialised. My final outgoing call before getting the vehicle was at 11h08 for which they said I had only phoned 30 minutes before and it would be there shortly. 7h46-11h08 I had no idea what was going on. Total 3H22 minutes. Finally arrived and I realise the driver is not in charge so took the vehicle and drove home. I have sent an email of complaint to Heathrow Airport and am awaiting a reply . The email reply I got from RoseParking promising to sort out the first fine is worth nothing. I have so far received 3 parking fines from NOVOHOTEL(Parkmaven) with photos. I paid the first one £60 to avoid the extra fine and sent emails to RoseParking and Heathrow, however they can take up to 14 days per the T's & C's to respond. With subsequently receiving two more NOVOTEL parking fines, I am now reluctant to pay as I expect I am likely still receive more of these fines due to RoseParking no doubt using the hotel parking illegally for the full duration. This company is a fraud operating with impunity on Heathrow Airports official website. I have tried reporting on the Standards Authority website but this is a waste of time. Now filling in a police report as I see someone else in the reviews says they have an open case against them. This has been going on since Oct 2024 I notice and they are still operating.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are liars and offer the worst service. We used them at Heathrow. They have nobody on site. Had to wait 20 mins when we arrived for the guy to show up who had no ID other than a text message with my details. On return, called after we collected the bags as instructed, told 40 mins wait!! We had two elderly parents with us and had chosen to use valet to make the process as quick and easy as possible. We were getting back at 10:30pm and had an hour onward home. After 40 mins, nothing. Called, they apologised and said another 10 mins. After 10 mins, they wouldn’t answer the phone. Tried 6-7 times. Eventually, got my wife to call, they answered straight away as they were ignoring my calls. Apologised again, another 10 mins. Eventually, got my car back a full hour and a half. When I challenged the driver, he said he’d only driven 15 minutes. Tied old people, lots of stress, late at night. Lots of lies. Horrible experience. Their website has a payment due notice on it. I was an idiot for not checking the reviews.
I think that I have been defrauded
I booked car parking for 6 days using 'Compare Your Parking'. CYP are brokers for a large number of the car parking companies in the area and they confirmed a reservation with 'Premium Parking' . I was given a number to phone when I was 30 minutes from the airport so that the company would be ready to greet me. On the day the number connected me with persons who knew nothing about my reservation.....I'm in 4 lanes of traffic on the M25 and there is no-one to confirm my reservation. I tried about 5 times and eventually I was given a completely different number. I called the number and the reservation was confirmed and I was told to proceed to the Short term car par. About 20 minures after my arrival a scruffy guy of foreign descent aged about 20 arrived to pick up my Range Rover and handed me the ticked which I was required to pay which would enable him to leave teh Short Stay Car park (£7:50). On arriving back, 6 days later, and having phoned the same number as before to tell them I had arrived and would be at the pick up point well before the expected time, we had to wait 25 minutes past the pick up time before the vehicle arrived. I had no time to inspect my vehicle for damage (it was dirty and had obviously been parked under trees (tree sap and bird droppings) before the guy scampered off. He didn't look old enough to have a driving licence. Another £7:50 to get out of the car park. Home safe......a;;'s well or so I thought. It's now the 3rd October and I have received a parking fine (£100), Apparently my car had been parked in a Novotel Hotel Car Park for the 5 days I was in New York - and the car park fining company have the photographic evidence to prove it. I have now discovered that my car was parked with 'ROSE PARKING. I have also discovered that there is some sort of business relationship between Premium Parking and Rose Parking. I am currently investigating before making my concerns known to the police but at this moment there is a strong small of fish. My immediate thought is that this whole parking situation, beyond being massively overpriced, is a wonderful opprtunity for rogues and scoundrels to making lots of money for doing nothing useful. Is the government interested i the British public being treated fairly.......it seems not. I'll keep you posted on the outcome.

Avoid any business with this company . In April 2025 I purchased (using my credit card )a Heathrow airport parking through Compareairportdeal.com. After reading reviews right after my purchase I called in and wanted to cancel. after several call and being pass back to compareparkingdeal.com which is only a website and back or forth they ask for my bank account to transfer the money to my bank account instead. Not knowing I did provide them with details which they never use and never refund any money. When I followed u again they ask me that I should go raise dispute with my credit card. Now after waiting so long for my dispute result. I received a letter from credit company that as I have provided them with my bank account they can not proceed. BE VERY OF THESE FRUSTERS , THIS IS SCAM company and I ill take them to small claim

They behaved very badly upon arrival, they were not wearing uniforms, and they did not give me a receipt for the car delivery. When I told them, they were very rude and told me to take the car and did not even let me take a picture with the driver when I delivered my car.

Rose parking Heathrow meet and greet terminal 5 . Absolutely shocking we waited for an hour and 10 minutes for our car. Phoned 4 times and were lied to ; car will be 20 minutes, heavy traffic , car coming up the ramp, plus calls that were cut off! No response to complaints . Do not use completely useless.

Absolutely do not use this company. They can hardly call themselves meet and greet. Upon arrival to the car park, you have to call them to take your car. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to get the car.
Once we got back after our holiday we called them again to be told they will be about 45 minutes. After a 50 minute wait, I called again to be told they are on the way and will be about 10/15mins. After nearly an hr and 10 minutes they arrived. No apology or explanation. Just it is what it is. Terrible service!

Also BE AWARE THEY GO BY THE NAME "PARKING POINT " on the platform 'Compare your Parking" which is aware of their poor service and continues to allow them to operate and scam victims.
There is nothing good to say about Rose Parking Ltd they were late to pick up the car and failed to return it due to curbing it causing significant damage to the wheel and totally slashing the tyre. They refused to assist my wife and disabled daughter in getting to the vehicle or home meaning they were stranded at terminal 5 Heathrow.. They have denied all responsibility for the damage stating the tyre just popped all on its own. The RAC and Kwick Fit have both given evidence stating the damage to the tyre and the alloy wheel is the result of it being severely curbed.
They were very rude on the phone and extremely unhelpful throughout. They use the Holiday Inn car park off Simpson Lane which is subcontracted to them along with several other companies by Holiday Inn whilst the hotel is used by the home office and immigration. They all offer the same service, but the area is not secure as stated in the adds and as is obvious they do not look after your vehicle.

I am looking for help
I am looking for help. Used Rose Parking at Heathrow. We received a parking ticket whilst the car was under their responsibility. Their website shows a note saying shut due to no payment (!), they are ignoring all emails and Heathrow Parking say nothing to do with them. Help! I've contested the ticket and put in the details but how can I fix this? Anybody have any advice?

Awful. Have to pay parking in and out so that’s extra charges I didn’t know about. Took them an hour to get my car back to me. The driver didn’t even give me the ticket to pay so had to call assistance at the barrier and pay.

Traumatic start to my holiday – avoid Rose Parking Heathrow at all costs
This company is an absolute disgrace. The system is confusing, and when I tried to get help, the staff hung up on me over 20 times. They were rude, dismissive, and showed zero care for their customers.
While I was away, my car tracker showed it hadn’t been kept in a secure car park at all but dumped on a street in Hayes. I had to pay extra just for them to exit the car park, and on my return then waited over 45 minutes for them to bring my car back. When it finally arrived, the passenger seat was fully reclined as though someone had been sleeping in it. The drivers had no ID, so I had no reassurance at any point that my car was in safe hands.
This was a traumatic start to my holiday, and I spent the entire trip worrying about my car’s safety. I am writing this to seriously warn others: do not use this company. They are rude, unprofessional, misleading, and cannot be trusted with your vehicle.

Absolutely terrible, I called 30 mins before arrival - it was an hour before they got to us. The instructions were incorrect as it did not state the floor. The car park cost was more due to their delay in getting to us, when I said that they should’ve been with us so I shouldn’t have to pay so much, they said they wouldn’t take my car. I don’t blame the driver, the person on the phone talks over you, argues and then starts talking in Indian to other people, and when you ask for an estimated time of arrival he then puts the phone down or puts you on hold … unprofessional and rude. The experience was just as bad on the return, 45 mins after a 20 min of watching my car not move from the compound. We were then asked to wait at the drop off rather than floor 2. They did not wait for me to check my car on returning it, also I don’t think they know about anti perspirant as my car stank of BO! … unecessary!

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Car broke down the morning we were due to travel to the airport, so tried to change the vehicle details for the booking. Man on the phone was extremely rude and refused to change it. Wasted the booking and unable to use it. Would not recommend!

Do not use, they use your car stating they are moving it from one site to another, I had a ULEZ fine awaiting me £90 when I returned after 7 week holiday !!! So many people are saying the same thing about them using your car for pleasure trips !!! Beware beware beware
Rose meet and Greet - Absolute cowboys
I would give zero stars if there am was the option to do so.
I booked them for meeting and greet at Heathrow T5 on 11/9 After calling them as requested 30mins before getting to T5 ( at 6.30am) I arrived at 7am and had to wait 45 mins for someone to pick the car up
On my return on 15/9, I called them as requested upon landing at 2.40pm and was told my car would be in the short stay T5 car park at 3.30pm. I waited another 2 hours in the car park finally getting my car at 5.30pm
I emailed the email address on their web site on 15/9 same day as my return asking for a full refund and no response to date.
I have since been told they send their drivers by bus and coach to pickup and collect and have maximum 8 drivers.
I would steer very clear of this company. They do not have the correct HQ office address on their website and when I asked over the phone for them to email me the address the guy on the phone said they do not have access to email and cannot send any mails. Not a professional company.
