THEY CRASHED my car and didn't even acknowledge my complaint. I hired them through Heeathrow Meet and Greet, that is not related to the airport. Not only that, but they were 20 minutes late in receiving my car, so I almost lost my car and had to pay extra for the short term parking which is a hidden cost they don't mention in the website.

Absolutely awful would never book with these again made me wait an hour to collect my car also made me wait an hour when picking up my car causing my ticket when I entered the car park which we have to pay for being so expensive they’re very rude on the phone They lie about how long they’re going to be. Even when they are picking up the car and dropping off the car, the men who do so are very rude. Don’t even speak to you and just walk off would never book with these again.

I didn’t read the reviews until I dropped my car off so was worried about the service. For me the service was very good, drop of and pick up within 10 minutes. Driver polite and professional.

Really awful experience on arrival at Heathrow. They would not answer the call and when they did they said “Hi” and cut it off. After which every single call was cancelled. We could not get hold of any operator to collect our car. We resorted to booking elsewhere on the day. Do not book with them. They also operate under Heathrow Meet and Greet.co.uk

Phoned up Rose parking half an hour before I arrived as requested. No one there to meet us. When called them the guy answering was very rude and had to wait an additional 30 minutes until driver arrived.

On my return phoned up again half an hour prior to collecting. They also knew what time I was arriving as they had my flight details. On arriving at collection point to find no car. Called Rose parking only to be told that I would need to wait another 45 minutes as they are busy.

Bunch of cowboys who have no understanding of customer service and talk to you as if it's something they have trodden in

Warning do not touch them with a barge pole as you will be left frustrated and disappointed.

i had to wait for over 1 hr for my car to be returned absolutely disgusting service, plus the phone operators were extremely rude and did not care at all about the delay.
They also disguise themselves as Heathrow meet and greet and not rose parking which you only find out after booking has been made.

Terrible. They overbooked and then couldn’t handle to bookings. They didn’t answer the phone when I tried 5 times and texted and when I eventually got through we were already at the airport and would have missed our flight if we waited another half hour. They are offsite and take 30 mins to arrive, which is fine if they answer the phone when you call them. The man was very rude and said he had 200 customers and 5 drivers. Had no choice but to pay again for parking or miss our flight.

One star is to nice, this company are unbelievable, our car was keyed the whole way round, they have cost thousands of pounds of damage to our car, which we have to pay because apparently they park the car in Holiday Inn so it is not there fault the damage was done there. You had my car for 10 days in your company and what happened in them 10 days was your responsibility , you must be Joking with that excuse, honestly people do not use this company, they have no remorse 🤮

Awful experience, the person we rang could barely speak English, was rude & hung up on us! Upon arriving back at Heathrow we had to wait an hour for him to give us the car back, to me that’s not meet & greet. Our car was absolutely filthy, covered in mud inside and out!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Not answering calls for drop off and no one here to pick car up. Have to go with another company - really poor and really poor it’s on a meet and greet Heathrow site!!!

I booked an early pick up for my flight in September. No body turned up to pick up the car or answered the phone whenI called to let them know I was on my way. I had to organise and pay for another last minute meet and greet and it caused me to have to rush for my flight.
I asked for a refund as no service was provided but they just put the phone down and are now ignoring my calls.

Dropped off my vehicle with these people at Heathrow airport for a period of 19 days, first and foremost they didn’t know I had a tracking device on my vehicle and I realise they had been driving my vehicle whilst I was away. I also had internal and external camera in the vehicle On my arrival back I contacted them prior to collected my luggage informing them that I had arrived back after a 13 hour flight at 5 am they did not bring my vehicle to me until two hours 30mins wait. I was about to report the vehicle stolen to the police and take a train back home to Nottingham. Couple of weeks later I got a penalty charge notice stating that they did not pay for the pickup point at Heathrow.
I dropped the vehicle on level 4 upon pickup they would make you go up to level 5 where there aren’t any exist barriers and they do not pay the pickup fee either . Upon picking my vehicle up these guys had disconnected all cameras in the vehicle. Despite the shoddy unprofessional behaviour these people never for once apologised. It was as thought they felt entitled treating their customer in such a disgusting manner Please avoid this company do not use them.

I am shocked at just how rude unprofessional and bad this company is. Utter con artists and chauvinists - I had to get a strange man in the car park to speak to them as they were just shouting at me and telling me to wait and wait and refusing to give a time. Just kept telling me 45 minutes every 15 minutes. Took 90 minutes to get my car. Horrible people. Dodgy as can be. And the reviews say it all. I only booked with them because they cheat and pretend to be Heathrow parking. My booking doesn’t mention rose. It all says Heathrow meet and greet so they’re tricking people into bookings.

We called 30 minutes before arrival as requested to have to then wait in the carpark for a further 30 minutes once we arrived!
Returning we called as soon as we were through passport control as requested to then have to wait 50 minutes at the carpark for my car to be returned.
Do not use if you are in a hurry!

On my departure journey very early in the morning, the staff were rude over the phone (when they answered) , they were late 1/2hr picking up my vehicle and they treated me as if I was nothing. Very very disrespectful

Rose Parking should not even be in business. They are either scamming or incompetent, possibly both. I receive a parking ticket from National Parking Management. They told me it’s a mistake and that they would deal with it.
They have done nothing and now I am facing a court order from not paying the ticket. RUN

I did what it said called 30 minutes prior to arriving at terminal 3. No one answered I must of called three times. Arrived at 7am the time I had stated Rung and no reply, then finally got hold of someone who was rude and not interested but said they were on their way. 45 minutes later they arrived took my keys no receipt no photos taken of the car. I was told to go and pay my ticket which because they had taken such a long time was £11.00. No kiosk to speak to, just other stressed customers using the same company in the similar position. Same problem on return waiting 45 mins.

Terrible service - it is all about what suits them and not what suits the customer. When dropping off the car, my mistake was not calling them ½ hour beforehand to tell them I was arriving so I had to wait 35 mins for them to turn up. What they then didn't do was tell me to pay immediately for the parking ticket so I ended up with a huge bill by the time they had shown up to tell me to pay.
Even worse on the way home their instructions in the Ts and Cs tell you to call when you have collected your luggage meaning that you have to wait 30 mins for them in the car park as they are '35 mins away'. This is not meet and greet. I should have called them when we had landed and then I wouldn't have had to wait for them. Will never use again.

I found an open can of alcoholic beer in the driver side of the car, suggesting someone was ingesting alcohol while driving.
A clear urine stain on the back driver side of the car (all over the door and handle) - Side that has my child car seat in.
Trash bag stuffed into the back of the passenger side pocket.
Personal belongings moved from the passenger seat to the back (Jackets, phone cable)
Center console and glove box have been opened and things moved around.
Car was driven a staggering 86 miles during 5 days.
