Avoid Rose Parking Ltd at all costs.
I booked a meet-and-greet service through AirportParkWithUs.co.uk and was allocated Rose Parking Ltd, who at the time showed 4/5-star reviews (which I now strongly suspect were fake).

From the moment I booked, there was zero communication from Rose Parking apart from the initial automated confirmation. On the day of travel, I called them 30 minutes before arriving at the Heathrow short-stay car park, exactly as instructed. Despite this, they took over an hour to turn up, leaving me to pay extra for the extended parking time. Every phone call during this wait was met with rude behaviour—they repeatedly hung up after simply saying “we’re on the way.”

Unfortunately, we had no choice but to hand over the keys in order to make our flight.

On return, we called after collecting our luggage (again as instructed), and although they arrived in around 30 minutes, they parked the car on a completely different floor from the one agreed. The driver then rushed over, handed me my keys, and ran off without carrying out a proper handover or inspection.

It was 6am and my car was in a poorly lit area, so I didn’t notice until daylight that my car had been deeply keyed across the entire bonnet and the full length of the driver’s side—damage that absolutely wasn’t there before handing it over.

Attempts to contact Rose Parking Ltd have been useless. The number goes to various drivers who tell you to message the “manager” on WhatsApp, but the manager never responds. I’ve been completely ignored and now have to pay for substantial repairs out of my own pocket. This company ruined the end of our holiday and showed no professionalism, responsibility, or basic courtesy throughout.

I strongly advise avoiding this company and using a reputable, verified meet-and-greet provider instead.

They are the shittiest people you will ever deal with. if I can give them zero star, I would you didn’t even deserve a star. They are rude and nasty. I called them half an hour before I arrived at the airport, and they said, “No problem, we’ll meet you in car park level two.”

When I arrived, I called them again. They said, “Five minutes, we’ll be with you.” I called them more than seven times, and every time they picked up, they said, “We’ll be there in a minute,” then hung up. In the end, they turned their phone off, so I couldn’t contact them. You can imagine how stressful that was — I had a flight to catch, and my car was stuck in the car park with no one answering the phone.

After 45 minutes, someone finally came. When I asked why it took so long, he just said, “We were busy.” No apology, nothing. I asked him to show me his ID because I was worried it might be a scam — this is not how a professional company behaves. He said he didn’t have an ID and told me, “If you don’t want to give me the car, just cancel the booking.” He left me no choice but to hand him the keys since I had to catch my flight.
And then ask me to pay for the airport car park which is was £6 if he came on time, but because I stayed 45 minutes until he come and pick up, I paid £18 so I paid for his delay which is not fair I have got all the evidence
Thank God, when I came back, they answered the phone quickly and returned my car fast — but it was dirty and disgusting, like someone had been driving it. My car was clean when I gave it to them.

These people are not safe or professional. My advice: do not ever deal with them.

Appalling: lying and incompetent they lost my key. They left it in another customer’s car. It’s in the post etc.
No customer service. Do not use ever, refused to pay for a new key. My wife had to wait 6 hours in Heathrow.

DO NOT use this company. My car has been damaged whist in their care and they refuse to even acknowledge my emails or answer my calls. STAY CLEAR. Total sham of a company. You've been warned!

We waited 7 hours for these idiots to deliver our car. They told us 45 minutes and then didn’t answer their phone and turned it off. They had three of our cars, claimed they are Heathrow meet and great and are fraudulently using their website and t&cs as their own.
They can not be trusted!

We had 4children and 6 adults on this trip ( including a 6month old)

I have filmed these idiots dropping off a car and running away from us. Too scared to answer our questions.

Some people they didn’t answer the phone to at all, a young lady watcher balling her eyes out by herself!

We called the police after 5 hours for help and were given a crime number to be told they hear this every week and the same company.

Absolute cowboys. Drop off we had to wait a while for the guys to pick up our multiple cars, but nothing in comparison to the wait on our return. We landed 7am and didn't get our cars back until 4pm. They have an excuse that all of the keys for the cars they look after were in one car and that driver was pulled over by the police, so there was a back log to returning people's cars. We booked the pick up and drop off service under Heathrow drop off and pick up, thinking it was official, it turns out Rose parking is just using that as a trading name. Security at Heathrow couldn't help as its an external company to them, and the police couldn't help either, they told us it's not uncommon and some people had their cars joy ridden and left abandoned around the country. We were told to take a taxi home(2+ hour drive)and given a number to report the company for fraud. We were a party of 10 with 4 children and began to think we wouldn't get our cars back at all, when the drivers eventually turned up they couldn't care less. They had a don't shoot the messenger attitude, and we couldn't get through to anyone on the phone 9 out of 10 times. The one time it didn't auto divert to VM, you get a rude man telling you the cars will be 20 mins and then he hangs up.

It's worth noting that there were other people in similar bad situations with other companies, one lady's car had not been moved from the short stay car park for her whole holiday so she came back to a £1000 parking fine.

Long story short, make sure you book with an official company linked to Heathrow ( i think the main one there was maple parking)

DO NOT USE this company! We picked our baggage up and tried to phone the company, as directed and they did not answer the phone. After over an hour, they answered, were extremely rude and told me I’d have to wait for 2 hours because they are busy. Eventually, we had to leave the airport at night, in the dark, to try and claim our vehicle back from a compound nearby. It was a very scary experience. We only managed to get our car after threatening to get the police. We believe they park the vehicles in the Holiday Inn car park (UB7 0HB).

False advertising under ‘Heathrow meet and greet’ using the same colours as the official website. Turn up and they don’t show identification and want to take the car off site no show of insurance documents. Told I would get a refund and now they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails

Horrendous- they ignore phone calls, are horribly rude on the phone and made us wait an hour and a half for our car when we’d arrived after travelling 24 hours. We rang a total of 16 times and were repeatedly hung up on. One time they answered and laughed down the phone. Another woman was also waiting for her car from them and hadn’t received any news for over an hour- so obviously a common problem! Do not book with them.

Very poor communication and downright liars! Waited over 2 hours for my car when initially told it would be 45 mins. Far better to pay a bit more with another company so you dont waste your time after a long trip.

I would give this joke of a car parking meet and greet operator zero stars if I could. It has taken me over 30 hours to get in contact with a representative of the company (I believe a Mr. Singh who is the Director of the legal entity) after he failed to deliver my car back to Terminal 4. Hundreds of unanswered calls and texts and finally I got through. He casually told me that he had lost the key and that if I had a spare I could collect the car from West London Holiday Inn (= unsecured) car park. I live 70 miles away. Not even an apology or offer of compensation for the considerable inconvenience and cost this has created for me and my family. Ended up having to get a taxi home at a cost of £150. DO NOT USE THIS OPERATOR!!

We booked meet and greet through British Airways when we booked our flight. To start we waited 60 minutes not 30 for the car to be collected and had to pay a parking charge. Staff are difficult to communicate with either phones not being answered, calls cut off or unable to hear or understand them. On our way back we were told 40 mins. When the 40 mins was nearly up we hot a call to say the car battery was flat!! It would be another 30 min wait. On collection of the car we discovered the automatic lights had been switched off and then obviously left on which drained the battery. After reading other reviews I'm now waiting to see if we get any car parking fines come in. We would never have booked with this company knowingly. If anyone is reading this review please be vigilant. Our email confirmation said Heathrow meet and greet. This was not the service we thought we were getting and it has really spoiled a lovely time we had away.

Company uncontactable when it comes to collecting the car again, waiting well over an hour so far with no ability to contact them.

Very poor do not use this company, no receipts on drop off had to ring a number of times to drop off as too busy, collection was over three hours and keep hanging up on you if it was by accident would call you back got no callbacks

DO NOT USE. Ruined that holiday feeling by making us wait 50 minutes after calling to get our car back - and as others have written they don’t answer the phone, and when they eventually do, they are rude and put the phone down on you

I wouldn't actually even give this company one star and id also advise never to use them. We waited 90 mins for them to return our car to car park, then had to pay for the exit parking (when all paperwork say the company pay this), all settings on the car had been moved. Honestly dont trust your vehicle to this company

Absolutely terrible experience. My car was returned with the boot broken, the dash cam disconnected, and the language settings changed. To make matters worse, the car was infested with spiders — completely unacceptable.

The customer service was appalling, and the manager was extremely rude when I tried to raise these issues. I would never use this airport parking service again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Booked through compare the parking website. Rose Parking cancelled the booking later that night and sent me an sms to confirm. They have not refunded cost and do not respond to emails. DO NOT USE.

I would give zero stars if I could. Rude, unprofessional and complete waste of time and money. It is not meet and greet! They never came to pick up the car so had to rebook with another company on the day.

DO NOT USE these guys they lie when they are coming and can’t be bothered to answer the phone!

I called 30mins before hand just for them to say car is on way but it wasn’t!
