Roseparking Arvostelua 240

I booked the meet and greet car parking at Heathrow last year for November 2025, unfortunately I had to cancel this due to my friends cancer diagnosis. I contacted Rose parking with proof from my friends consultant and they advised I could have a refund less £15 admin fee or have a credit on my account which could be used up to 48 months after the event.
We have rebooted a holiday for April this year,I contacted Rose parking and they required my booking ref and car registration which I provided since the I have heard nothing back fro them. I have sent many emails to them with NO RESPONSE!!

They are clearly NOT to be trusted and from other reviews I have seen I doubt very much I will get a response?? Does anyone have any advice on what I can do?

My car was returned with damage, which was neither disclosed at drop off by the driver and he couldn't have gotten out of there faster. In my attempt to contact the company via the customer service line, they repeatedly tell you other ways to contact them to which they never actually reply. Each time you call they'll give another excuse such as this being the number for drivers (even though it is also the central customer service number and WhatsApp number), and you don't get anywhere.

I have proof from Heathrow CCTV images that the damage was done by this company, but even so they simply refuse to talk to you and you'll not get anywhere with repairs or liability claims.

BEWARE! Especially given how many reviews there appear to be of damage to cars in their care - they are obviously careless and you'll end up being stuck with the repair bill or having to proceed with your own insurance claim where the insurance company will mark funds as being unrecoverable.

Rude staff, delay in dropping of and collecting car and filthy state of car on return. Mats caked in mud and turned over to avoid the fact. Drop off driver would not listen to my complaint and ran off. Had to pay short term car park fees although not mentioned anywhere on the website or in Ts & Cs.
Awful service. Would never use them again. Avoid like the plague!!!

We followed their instructions for drop off at Heathrow - call 30 mins before arrival, which we did. However, nobody turned up for another hour and then we had to pay for the excess charges before the driver would take the car!
On return you call them after you claim your baggage, but don't expect the car to be waiting - It certainly wont be, give it at least another 30+ minutes.
On checking the vehicle on its eventual return, they had pulled all the wires from my dashcam - when I went to challenge the driver he had already ran off! so if that isn't a red flag to anyone potentially thinking of using them I don't know what is!!

I have used this company 3 times now at Heathrow airport and everytime it has gone seamlessly. I called when I was 30 mins from airport and i just had a few minutes wait for them to arrive to collect my car. On my return I called from baggage reclaim was advised approx 30 min wait and driver will call when he is at the carpark, it took me 25 mins to come through baggage and passport and they called to say they were 5 mins away, and myself and the car arrived at the collection point at the same time. The car was in the same condition I left it. My last trip my plane was delayed and terminal change, I sent and email to them to advise of the change, I received confirmation email my booking had been updated, and again I called from baggage reclaim and I met them at the pick up point. I would certainly recommend this company, all staff have been polite.

Absolutely Shocking - Never use!

Left us waiting for over an hour for Airport Meet on Departure and Airport Greet on Arrival. Called the office multiple times, kept cancelling my calls, no returned calls, had awful customer services and used fowl language down the phone at me when I complained about the service.

Damage to my vehicle, dirty upon return (despite having it valeted on the day of departure) also unexplained additional milage on the vehicle upon return.

I will never use Rose Parking Ltd again in my life. Also currently in a dispute which has now formed legal intervention.

Omg please avoid this company I so wish I had read the reviews before booking. Car came back absolutely filthy looks like had been in a rally field with mud everywhere and passenger side footwell was covered in mud footprints, why was another person in my passenger seat .

If i could rate minus i would. Terrible service, In line with their instructions I called 30 minutes before arriving once arrived had to wait a further 45 minutes before anyone turned up. Called to chase x 5 within that time, no apology when the person arrived. Due to the delay I ended up paying parking charge 11.50 instead of £7.50. When returned called when landed and said will call when have luggage in line with their instruction. They called me when waiting for luggsge saying they are at carpark. When i arrived noone was there called to chase and had to wait a further 30 minutes...also received parking fine whilst car with them. When i called them they were rude and unprofessional..PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Awful service, waited over 2 hours for my car and when I rang to chase it up the person on the phone hung up on me. Rude, obnoxious and totally unreliable. Not only that, the outside AND inside of my car was covered in mud. If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Avoid at all costs.

my car was returned filthy inside and out,a great big dent in the back of the car (i have dashcam evidence of the incident) the driver refused to give me his name and said it wasnt him who done it.i have sent them the photo and video evidence but no reply i have now got my car insurance company involved.DO NOT BOOK WITH ROSE PARKING ITS A SHAMBLES COMPANY.

We had a very poor experience with Rose Parking Ltd at Heathrow. As per their instructions, we called 30 minutes before arriving, but nobody answered the phone despite several attempts. Someone finally picked up when we were already 15 minutes away, only to tell us that they would need another 30 minutes to meet us, even though this delay was entirely caused by their failure to answer in the first place.

When we arrived at the meeting point, things got even worse: we were left waiting for over an hour before anyone came to collect the car. This put us under huge stress and we nearly missed our flight. While we were waiting, another customer had been waiting over 1h30 before his car was returned to him!!

The return was slightly smoother, but we immediately noticed that the car had 50 miles more than when we dropped it off, raising serious questions about how the car was used.

To make matters worse, we have now received a £100 parking charge for the car being left for over an hour at the Holiday Inn Heathrow after they had already collected it. This suggests the car was parked improperly by their staff, not us.

Overall, the service was unprofessional, unreliable, and stressful from start to finish. I would not use Rose Parking Ltd again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Avoid this company total scammer, returned my car by the driver and left door was open and had no chance to check the car , upon checking notes that it was scratches on the driver side and have tried several times to contact multiple times times they just put the phone down no response from whatsapp or email have been told by the guy called Garry to ring at 3pm every time but no response, then 3rd day in contact asked to ring by Sunday as the manager was abroad, just waste of money and lots of headaches.

Avoid - they do not meet and greet. You drop off and wait 20 minutes then when you pick up I was told to wait 45 minutes and gather to like a piece of dirt. No customer care, the worse human skills, unfriendly, unprofessional, unhelpful.
Should be called “Meet and wait ages & then pick up and wait 1 hr”. Also, in small print you have to pay £15 parking on top of this rubbish.

Tried them as cheaper than Terminals Parking but won't be using them again - "45 minute delay due to traffic" was just an excuse. Avoid.

Booked the day before we were due to fly. No one answered our phone call 30 minutes out of Heathrow. Never heard from them again. I asked for refund twice but no response. Their phone contact number is 07873 136135 but best of luck getting a response

Please do not use - failed on every level - 45 + minutes late collecting and I was called annoying when I called them to chase them - 45 + minutes late collecting - zero checks done on vehicles and zero customer service - BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE

After calling them to let them know I was out with my luggage. I was informed of a 30 minute wait. I was shocked and said that’s long and the operator said ok 29 minutes. The driver pulled up with loud Asian music blaring out of my car, totally inappropriate to change my radio station for personal use. My car was absolutely filthy covered in dirt. When challenged he said it rained. (Did it rain mud…). I emailed them twice regarding my complaint and did not receive any response. Will not use again.

Left our pretty much brand new car there for 3 weeks, could see it was being driven around! Tried to contact the owner and they blocked our number.

When we returned and finally got through to them through another phone, they said they would be 45 minutes, we arrived to the carpark and our car was already there and they left it with the car keys on top of the drivers wheel clearly visible to anyone walking past..

The car looked like it had been off roading, covered in mud and all wheel arches thick with more dried mud, even mats inside the car are covered in mud!! Yet to drive home and actually find out if there’s any scratches once it’s been cleaned, which I’ve now got to do after coming home from holiday.

Will be reporting this awful company, never using them again!! BEWARE

Genuinly horrific. They are a scam company, Waited 3 hours for our car, with two babies in a pram in the freezing car park. They ignored every call. Wouldn't tell us when they would get there. Wouldn't apologise when he turned up. Disgraceful.
