Hi, thank you for your review.
We’re very sorry for the experience you had with this order and completely understand your frustration.
Unfortunately, the delivery company experienced difficulties getting the item to you, which resulted in the delay and meant you had to contact us several times for updates. We appreciate how disappointing and inconvenient this must have been, especially when you were expecting the order to arrive within the advised timeframe.
Although the delivery issue was with the carrier, we fully appreciate that you placed the order with us and expected a much smoother service. We’re genuinely sorry that we weren’t able to get this resolved for you more quickly.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Hi, thank you for your review.
We’re really sorry to hear about the problems this caused, especially with the job being 100 miles away and you relying on all four drums arriving together.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive only three and then have to spend additional time sourcing another drum yourself just to get the job completed.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for both the shortage and the delay in getting the remaining material to you. We appreciate the inconvenience this caused to your job and your schedule.
Kind regards

Order for four velux roof windows
I phoned roofing outlet to make sure they had the velux windows and facias in that I needed. The phone call was answered quickly and professionally. The person confirmed they were in stock and said delivery would take three days. Three days later and they were delivered with no delivery charges added. Brilliant company to do business with

I have ordered from Roofing Outlet several times and have always been very happy with the service. Delivery is arranged quickly, and most importantly, the paints and other products I have received have always been very well packaged and protected during transport. I would definitely recommend them.

Hi, thank you for your review.
We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience, however we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding the delivery delays.
The delivery address entered when the order was placed contained an incorrect door number. As soon as this became apparent, our team did everything possible to have the issue corrected and the delivery rearranged as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, when the goods were sent out again for next-day delivery, they were rejected at the address by the property owner. This resulted in the goods being returned to the manufacturer, which caused a further unavoidable delay while the order was processed and dispatched again.
We appreciate how frustrating this would have been, particularly when contractors had been arranged, and we are sorry that the order ultimately arrived across multiple deliveries. However, a significant part of the delay arose from the incorrect delivery information originally provided and the subsequent refusal of the delivery.
We are also sorry to hear that one of the products received was incorrect. This is certainly something we would always want the opportunity to investigate and resolve.
Kind Regards

"AVOID THIS COMPANY
"AVOID THIS COMPANY – Sold expired paint and ignored refund promises!"
As a self-employed professional in London, I ordered painting supplies from this company, only to discover upon delivery that part of the paint was expired and completely unusable.
I contacted customer service immediately with photos and the invoice. They admitted the issue in writing via email and promised a partial refund of £150. After that? Total ghosting. They stopped replying to emails, and even though I issued a formal Letter Before Action, they continue to ignore their commitments.
Terrible B2B customer service, zero accountability, and they sell expired goods. Save your money and your time and buy elsewhere. I have all the emails, photos, and invoices to prove every single word of this review. I see not the respond they make.... complete lie!
Im sorry I cant put all prove and document i have here and showing.
Hope this message help the next trade or private people.

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu

Hi, thank you for your review.
We have now reviewed this matter in full and would like to clarify what happened.
We were actively working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue regarding the product supplied. However, before we were able to complete that process, a chargeback was raised through your bank.
Once the chargeback was initiated, the matter moved into the bank/card provider’s dispute process and was therefore no longer something we could resolve directly in the normal way. This unfortunately meant the situation was taken out of our hands while that process was ongoing.
We completely understand your frustration and are sorry that the experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide.
We would genuinely welcome the opportunity to make this up to you and, should you choose to order from us again in the future, we would be very happy to assist personally and offer a gesture of goodwill on your next order.
Kind Regards
