I ordered my roof seal over a month…
I ordered my roof seal over a month ago, I paid £16.99 delivery which was expected around 2 days later. Nothing arrived, I queried this with the delivery company and they referred me to the roofing outlet. I have had email correspondence and calls with Harry about this product not arriving. He assured me once the product was back with them I would have it sent on to me as their was an issue with delivery. I was told the product had arrived and new delivery would be arranged. It never came, I called and spoke to another customer service consultant, they said they’d look into and come back to. To this day I have not had my sealant, I haven’t had an email to explain why it still isn’t here or confirmation of any refund. I will now have to go through the rigmarole of trying to get my money back through the bank. Based on my experience of if I could score a 0 I would and I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Update - after leaving an honest review the company reached out to me regarding my order. I have been promised a full refund and personal assistance in future from the customer service team. Although I had rated this experience as a 1 I have changed this to a 3 as they have now rectified the issue. Although I still am no further along in getting my hand on the sealant I am no longer out of pocket chasing my funds. I appreciate you reaching out to fix this

We have reviewed what happened and would like to clarify that your order was being delivered directly by Redbank. The 3–5 working day timescale was an estimate, and unfortunately Redbank had experienced unforeseen delays. When you contacted us on the fifth working day, we contacted Redbank for an update and then passed on the latest information available, which was that delivery would take a further four days.
The delivery then arrived two days later, without notice being given to us in advance. We understand this meant nobody was on site to receive it, and appreciate how frustrating that must have been. We’re sorry we couldn’t provide a clearer update and we have since raised the lack of delivery notice with Redbank.

I was on a sticky situation where I needed tiles quickly. I spoke to sales unfortunately when I purchased them it was a five day wait so I cancelled them. They called me back and said they could get them to me this week. They came the next day 100% going to be using them again the sales rep went above and beyond for me can’t thank him enough
