Rinsemate Arvostelua

Absolutely brilliant . Product make looks solid functions well and gets installed in a minutes. Can not complain on any aspects of product

Overall good product, Easy to install and get started with. Delivery updates came multiple sources (at least 2) which made tracking the parcel confusing however.

This is my first time ever using Rinsemate and boy I'm totally absolutely happy with it and glad I purchased it. How can I say this but I've never felt more cleaner and fresh down there after using Rinsemate. I would highly recommend it. Thank you Rinsemate 😊

Just what I needed. Im on new medication for my diabeties and every time i went to the loo, I needed to shower straight after as I am peeing out sugar. This was so much easier for me and always stopped me from being so stressed out about it. It has 2 spray speeds as well
Fabulous for anyone with incontinence issues as it makes you feel so clean. So easy to use and stayd charged for ages. Highly recommend this product

I don't just use toilet paper, I also rinse with water, being Asian, we were brought up to rinse all the time. Your product just made it easier for me to do that. No need to get up and get a container of water. Very convenient especially when traveling.

From the moment of purchase, I was kept UpToDate via email on the progress to delivery of the rinsemate.Once it arrived, assembly was very easy and simple. The rinsemate is an absolute game changer. I come from a background where we use a water jug in the bathroom, so to find a product which did exactly that job in a more efficient and easier manner was just a blessing. no plumbing or any other sort of DI type of installation. Just fill with water and off you go. The power is excellent and the charge capacity is simply mind-blowing. I just don't know how to recommend this product further.

I wish i had found this before, excellent Bidget device. So happy to have it arrived. Its so simple to assemble and very good performance.
Morning routine is much cleaner and comfortable. Delivery was much quicker and efficient. So happy to have it!

It works well and charges easily but water pressure could be one step higher - the two options are fine but sometime you need a bit more at the start - compact and easy to use

Great product! Easy to use and set up. Outstanding customer service

Still waiting for mine to be delivered! It’s been 12 weeks now and still don’t have it… Sent many emails but nothing… just ignored

Order 3891
Bought in april 2026. Stopped working in september 2026. Contacted customer service, they asked me to send videos and photos. And then they refused my request for another replacement. So if I was you dont buy this because when it stops working or becomes faulty they will not help at all….!!!!! Very unhappy! £70 for 4 months use!!! Daylight robbery! Scammers!!!! Beware!!!!!

I have holidayed many places that have a plumbed in version. So when I saw rinsemate advertising one that's portable and no plumbing in I was excited to try. It has not disappointed me. Very easy to use, feel clean and fresh. Staff have been amazing offering handy tips and answering questions along the way. I've told friends who go camping about it. They all think it's a great idea. Many thanks and we'll done to you all for inventing it.

It sure made my life easier after a multilevel fusion.

This works great and is easy to set up! I love the fact that I can have the option of a bidet without having to plum one in!

Just the most hygienic way to be. Excellent product.

FINAL UPDATE: They denied giving any resolution. I'm finding out that others are also facing the same battery issue. They are SCAMMERS. Buy it directly from Temu or Shein!!!

UPDATE: it's been 10 days since I reached out to them. No resolution yet! You can easily find a better and less expensive exactly similar product on Shein and Temu directly!!!

DO NOT BUY!

I recently purchased a RinseMate bidet and, unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed with the battery performance. The battery is draining completely in less than 3 days with normal use, which doesn’t seem reasonable for a recently purchased product.

I have reached out to RinseMate customer support regarding the issue. I’m currently waiting to see how they handle the matter.

I’ll update this review based on their response and whether the issue is resolved satisfactorily.

I absolutely love my portable bidet. It is easy and makes me feel clean. I highly recommend it.

Good experience! Works well! The suction cup for the holder doesn’t work at all!!
